This liquid works way better than the gel in my opinion. Liquid gets all in the tiny spaces. I apply it with a Qtip for effortless application. Does it's job and relieves pain, and for longer than I expected... Which is GREAT! Buys me pain free time until I can't get in to the dentist.

Look, this stuff works. My tooth was throbbing like a drum solo at a rock concert, and one dab of Orajel shut it up real quick. But wow… I did NOT expect my entire tongue, half my face, and possibly my will to live to go numb along with it. For a solid 15 minutes, I drooled like a sleepy bulldog and questioned all my life choices.Would I use it again? Absolutely. Would I avoid all social interactions until the numbness wears off? Also yes. 4 stars because it does its job too well!
