Ninja Obstacle Course for Kids - 2 X Ninja Kit 50ft with Many Accessories for Kids (Inc. Hammock Swing)

My 4 year old loves this. It’s a bit bouncy but doesn’t bother him. I would recommend purchasing spikes to anchor net to ground. Otherwise it’s really hard to climb. Overall happy with the purchase.

My kids, ages 4-8, have had a great summer playing on this set. I find that it's hard to make it the ideal height for full range of my kids, but I choose whether to adjust it more to the middle and eldest kids' heights or the middle and youngest kids' heights (lucky middle child!). And even if it's too high for him to use anything else, the little one can still use the swing. It gets the kids outside; it gets them moving and swinging and playing. What else could you possibly want? Everything seems well-made and durable. It was easy to find two trees to string it up between in our yard. We had a weird issue with the rope on one ring, but when I contacted Branton, they replaced it immediately. Huge thumbs up on personal service and follow-through!

Overall the product was very sturdy, but it was missing the basketball hoop and lower slackline as shown in the photos. I don't want to take the whole thing down and re-buy, but don't know how to get the missing items sent to complete the set.

Bought this for my 6 year old daughter to climb around on and she absolutely loves it! Since we can't frequent parks as much as we used to and school is more at home than not, this provides a great break for her to climb, swing and flip around. I did a lot of research and landed on Branton since it was one of the only ones that offered the trapeze swing - which does get the most use here. What sold me on it was the customer service though. I was unsure whether the trees I planned on using would work -- as well as what size line I'd need. I wrote to customer service and received an email right away giving me all the answers I needed. I went back and forth with questions and they were quick to reply each time and so helpful. Definitely a great company and a great product. Would highly recommend!

Branton has the absolute best customer service! We made a measuring mistake and our slackline was a little too short, and Branton was gracious enough to send us a custom made slackline that fit perfectly. They were very kind (and quick) when it came to this request, even though it was completely our fault. After a deer got stuck in our cargo net attachment and it had to be cut to release the deer, Branton sent us a brand new net. They are an incredible company that is so friendly to their customers. Not only will we be purchasing more products from this company, we will be recommending it to friends!

We realized after we purchased this that we did not have enough length of the slack line. Customer service immediately responded to us and offered to send us a longer slack line free of charge.

July 2021: We've had this Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course for Kids for less than 5 months. It's been a HUGE hit with our kids and all the neighbor friends. If I had left a review soon after we received it, I would have given it 5 stars, HOWEVER, after only 4 months of use, while our kids were playing on it, the slack line split in half at one of the attachments. This happened without any obvious wear. The 2 kids who were on the course when it broke were very hurt and traumatized by the experience, including the kids who watched them fall from pretty high up. We are waiting for a response from the company. I would recommend looking elsewhere for something similar and if you already have this ninja course I would inspect it regularly, including under each attachment buckle. It's fun until it isn't :( UPDATE August 2021: We reached out to Branton Fitness to see what they could do to correct the situation. They definitely wanted to make things right, especially to improve the 1-star rating we previously gave them. Their customer service is quite impressive and responsive. They sent us a couple new accessories and new slack line that was custom made and will be much safer than what we were using. Apparently having pockets sewn in for each accessory keeps the slack line from wearing down quickly and helps it maintain its integrity. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this well, however, the point is that having a custom made slack line seems to be the safest way to go about it. We haven't yet constructed the new slack line as we are waiting for the Phoenix summer heat to pass. We can update again once we have.

Wonderful way to keep the grandkids busy during this time at home. It is very fairly easy to install, take down for a few days and put up again. A second person helping makes it much easier going up. All the individual equipment items work perfectly for 5-8 year olds. So many neighbors stop by and comment on how much fun they see kids having on it. We have had it for a month now and it continues to interest the grandkids. That is saying something when anything has to compete with electronic gadgets these days.
