Great starter mic!!
I got this to record videos on my chromebook it worked so easily. I used the phone cord to put it in my computers headphone jack. It comes with a variety of connectors. And I can still hear zoom participants through my chromebook speakers! The “newscaster” mic works best because it’s right by your mouth, but I think it looks silly so I use the clip-on. The sound is still good. There is some rustling if you bend down or it’s windy outside, but for the price this is an excellent buy! Sooo easy right out the box!

Does the job
I liked this microphone. It comes with a lot of extras so that you can get it to work for you. Three different plug adapters for different connections. I could not get the mic to work on my new Lenovo laptop. Lucky me, I have a USB sound board adapter. I plugged the reciever into the adapter and then it worked fine. I wanted a wireless lavaliere mic because I am demonstrating Martial Art techniques on Zoom, am about 10 to 15 feet away from my web cam, and moving around. Other instructors lose sound quality quickly as they move around and sometimes with their backs to the webcam. As to the mic itself. The sound quality is somewhat better than the webcam. I think the volume output is a little lower but has more timbre than the web cam. I believe that pinning the mic to my collar was the issue. When I pinned the mic the front of my shirt I got a louder sound. The reasons for the 4 star instead of a five star is that 1. It requires an additional device to connect to my laptop as stated above; 2. Battery life is nowhere near six hours, at least for the transmitter. In order to get good sound on Zoom I had the volume at max. I suppose that is why I think two hours is all I can get out of it. I actually used it for one hour and it was already at one bar of power. I have another wireless mic and I had the same issue connecting with the Lenovo laptop so the issue may be with the Lenovo. One other nice thing about this item. The two halves require USB charging. It does not come with a charger. But it does come with a twin charging cord so that both transmitter and receiver can be plugged into a charger and be charged at the same time. I did lose the connection between the receiver once. I read the instructions and was able to recconnect. BTW, you can be sure the instructions were not written by a native English speaker.

Headset Mic Fails, Otherwise Great Unit
I'm on my third one of these. I use them for teaching line dancing in Nashville with Turn Their Heads Line Dance Lessons. The electronic parts of the system work flawlessly. The battery lasts between 4 - 8 hours on a charge. Easy to use and setup. No complaints there. The headset mics fail after about 6 months. The first point of failure is the wire where it comes out of the headset. I've been able to prolong the life by attaching the wire to the metal band that runs over your head. This stabilizes the wire and slows the failure. It may cause the wire to sit weird depending on how you wear it but it works for me since people can't see it with my cowbow hat. The other point of failure is the jack. I haven't determined a way to fix that issue. Once either failure happens, it's useless. Both failures cause random cracks and pops that are extremely loud. No Bueno. And there isn't a warning. Once it goes, it's pretty much gone, so carry a backup. The only other issue I've had is when using in places with a lot of interference from other mic systems. Usually I can switch the channel and find one that works but even then, the distance can sometimes be reduced. For the price, I don't hold that against the unit. If they could make the headset last a couple years I'd give it 5 stars. If you use your mic while sitting or use it sporadically, yours will probably last for years. For dance, aerobics, Zumba, etc, you'll want to always carry a backup or buy a more durable headset.

Big surprise for little money
I bought this for an emergency performance situation that came up quickly. I figured that at such a low price I could just throw it away after the booking. I’m keeping it. Build quality is good, accessories are excellent as are the wide range of adapters, and 3 mics (lapel, head set and hand held) Easy set up. The sound quality is a little thin but favors range of human voice. Packs small, ideal for battery powered amps, I.e. Roland mobile.

Wow! Easy to use, great quality.
I am blown away by how great this mic is for the price. I was really excited to review it. I use this in my spin classes-it works perfectly...no problems so far. I’m constantly moving and sweating during class and it stays put and doesn’t distort. I charge it before each use, and it lasts the entire hour and then some. Works just as well as the very expensive brands. I’ve been using mine for three months now with no issues. This is very small, way too small for my mic belt, but it has a handy clip on it that clips right on to my pants. Note that the length of the cord from headset to mic pack is somewhat shorter than other brands-this works okay for me, but there is no slack. Also, I can’t walk around the entire room without cutting out...again this is okay for me because I am usually on the bike, or close to the transmitter, typically within 8’ Definitely buy this....especially if you want to save TONS of money.

Super easy to set up with gear
Fast to charge and an utter breeze to set up. Just plug and go. I love that it has a big pack of adapters for almost, any sound system. This is a photo with a JBL PA system. I just replaced the Audio Technica mic set I was using as it required boards and extra BS to deal with. If you just need to do an assembly and aren't singing you just need to be heard.

Product was great, but not for the long term.
So this product was used to daily in a classroom. When it worked it was absolutely fantastic. Then one day, it stopped. Let's talk the good first alright? The mic was clear with little to no latency. The adaptors in box made it extremely versatile. Honestly, I loved it. Then came a fateful day, 3 weeks into use, it stopped working. So we searched the user manual, did everything it said. Searched online, followed every YouTube video. Contacted customer service, followed every instruction. Of which there were many and they were incredibly inconvenient. Customer service gave us the series of repeating tasks that never helped fix the product and refuses to assist with a replacement or anything as they need to see the device it's plugged into (which was dependent on the day and week. When it does it didn't work on any of them. The seller was more concerned with retaining their money and not replacing a clearly defective product than the customer willing to go the extra mile for what was a good product with a likely manufacturer defect. For those reading this, here is the situation. All lights that indicate the receiver is connected to the transmitter are lighting up. No matter what the receiver is plugged into, there is no sound being produced through the system. I've replaced the mic, changed devices and adapters, and nothing. This was an incredible disappointment because the product was great when working and likely would have been a quick fix knowing that the device seems to have a defect. Anyway, I fiddle with Raspberry pis and build small electronics so I can tell when what is wrong. This product received the review solely because of the customer service and the unwillingness to work with their customers. Do not buy because if you have an issue it's on you to solve it, if you even can.
