Tiger America Corp. Jnp-0550 3 C. Elec Rice Cooker/food Ste

For years we have used a tiger rice cooker they were great very reliable but this year we had to replace our old cooker and the tiger rice cooker we bought is defective we thought maybe because we got a 3 cup cooker so we went out and got a 5.5 cup cooker they both have the same issue with their lids not sitting right this causes the rice to dry out inside of staying warm like advertised very disappointing

It wasn’t specified that it’s would be a 3 cup rice cooker but it was and i spent around $150 for a 3 cup rice cooker !
