Rollerex VXT500 Inline Skate/Rollerblade Wheels (8 Wheels w/Bearings, spacers and washers)

These wheels will not fit a Hilo Hockey boot set up for junior sizes. They are to big for the front 2 wheels so we bought 68mm Labeda Asphalt wheels for the front two wheels on each skate. They claim these are hard wheels but after only 3 weeks they are shredded and the Labeda wheels which are on the front and should show the most wear do not show any wear at all. These wheels are a bit cheaper but so is the quality. If you’re going to be using them on pavement don’t waste your money. I should probably add that we live in Michigan and the weather has not been the greatest so they have not been used a whole lot. These wheels were 72mm and after only 3 weeks they are considerably smaller than the 68mm Labeda’s and they are no longer smooth.

I hadn’t been on skates in like 20 years. It was the mid 90s. I had an amazing sponsorship from SENATE. I was spoiled with wheels. Anyway. I picked up a pair of skates a few months back To do cardio on. Yup. I’m officially old!! The stock wheels were ok. I got probably 50-60 miles out of them. When it cane time to replace I noticed my options were all limited. The first 2 sets I got were trash. Lasted 5 miles each. I found these. The reviews were good and the price was too. I ordered them. When they arrived the wheels felt almost too hard. And the bearings had zero spin. I lubed up the bearings and swapped them into my skates. Day one was ok... thought the bearings were. BUT they just needed to be broken in. Over 120 miles later and these wheels are not only holding up, but feel better than on day one!! Also color options are legit.

One of the questions was: What is the inner diameter of the ball bearings? And the answer was 6mm. Well, it is not so. It actually is about 8.5mm. So, it does not fit the bolts at all. Hence, I'm returning these.

Needed to replace wheels on a very ancient pair of Bauer roller hockey skates. They don't come with the wheel bolts that hold the wheels to the skates. It has everything else that you need. They fit the skates and work well. I got these so that my kid can skate at the local park and the wheels look like they can take the beating.

I wouldn't recommend this product. I've used it only four times (like 20miles). The wheels are REALLY worn and I had to buy other bearings and replace them after the first use because they started to sound weird.I gave one star because I couldn't post the review without selecting any star.

The ride was really smooth with the softer wheel than the factory one. It fit nicely with my off the shelf roller blade. Not sure how fast it will go down hill with the new bearings but I like it so far.
