I don’t really know if these work, but I just start taking them anytime I start to feel sick. Maybe it helps maybe it doesn’t but at least I’m doing something! Great flavor too!

Huge fan of zicam!! When I start to get the slightest inkling that I’m catching a cold, I start pounding the Vitamin C and Zicam. These have been the easiest on my stomach. The dissolvable ones start hurting my guts after a few days of taking them. But these have been great

Seems to have worked!
