I should at this point know better to only look through the highest rated reviews because some of the 3 and 2 star reviews have plenty of merit to take in to consideration if you are on the market for a product like this. Personally, I have coily curly hair that easily frizzes. The only person in the world that can ever seem to straighten my hair for a couple days is my stylist. I own a flat iron and a heat brush already. I'm not a huge fan of a flat iron because it makes my hair flat with little volume to it. The heat brush does a decent job but it is very time consuming. I saw one of these and thought, what a fantastic idea! My stylist uses a round brush and dryer to straighten my hair. Tried that and failed that myself. I just don't have the coordination to hold both and see what I'm doing. I hoped that this would eliminate the two handed approach to a blow out. It's a great idea, really, but the actuality of the product is lacking. As said in my headline...it's just TOO BIG. It's huge. Everywhere. The paddle is about 2/3 as wide as my face. I really also should have paid better attention to the measurements the seller supplies but my brain just didn't comprehend just how wide 4 1/2 inches across really is. The next part that is too big is the handle. I'm in the early stages of carpal tunnel, and let me just tell you just 5 minutes in, I was putting on my wrist brace because my fingers were already going numb trying to grip the handle. The higher up you go, the easier it is, of course, but then you hit that line where it goes from "yes, you can hold it there" to "NOPE, too high, burning hot!" See the seller provided photo of the mom running this on the daughter's hair. Yeah, there's no way her finger is that high up on it while holding. She'd be burnt.Results? Do I have glassy, shiny smooth hair after 20 minutes? Yeah, no. Sorry to say I don't. In fact, my hair just looks weird now. It's not straight...it's not curly. It's vaguely poofy in places, mostly straight in patches, and slightly wavy and bumpy looking in others.And still frizzing, let's not forget that danged frizz. Would I recommend? Sure, if you're strong, and not petite with child sized hands like me, and if your hair is longer than shoulder length and already pretty straight or slightly wavy. I'm sure this would work great for drying and straightening your mostly straight already hair. For my fellow curly haired girls or girls that would like to dry and curl, I'd recommend looking elsewhere, preferably at one with the interchangeable sized tops, or at least a narrower brush top. For me, I'm going to now look into returning, even though I did use it to try.

I have lots of long hair so I was really excited at the thought of finding a product that would let me dry and style my hair in half the time! Unfortunately after receiving this brush I'm left feeling ho-hum. First of all drying time was not cut by that much . Blow drying my hair with a round brush usually takes about 30 minutes or so because I have to rest my arms every few minutes but the result is spectacular- lots of volume, shine and big sexy waves. I clocked myself in at about 20 minutes using this brush because guess why??? This brush is as heavy as my blow dryer plus bulky and awkward to hold so I still need to rest my arms between sections. It doesn't produce as much volume as drying with a round brush either because the brush shape is more flat like an oval. Also your roots don't dry well because there is no direct hot air being blown at them like with a blow dryer and we all know damp roots don't equal volume. Now, let's talk about the static. IMy hair had so much static I had to run a fabric softener sheet over it. When that didn't do the trick I sprayed it with Static Guard and still nothing. I kept shocking myself at work the next day anytime I touched a file cabinet or a door jam. It was ridiculous!If you're looking for a product that will give you the look of beautiful round brush blow out keep looking. But if a straight hair look is what you're after you probably won't be too disappointed. You'll get your straight hair but probably not without a straightner to smooth your top layer of flyaways and give it a bit of shine. Oh, and if you're curly you'll definitely need a straightener for your your roots since the brush won't let you get close to your scalp.

I LOVE THIS THING.What I like:It gets hot. Not whimpy "we don't trust you not to fry your scalp so we aren't going make this things above warm" hot but actual hot.It's light. I have EDS and heavy things hurt to hold and use over time. This is not heavy, bulk, or awkward. It's light.The cord is long. I'm in a bathroom with a stupidly placed plug in and need a long cord or an extension cord. This had a long cord and I love it!What I don't like but can't be avoided:The air intake is placed at a place where I intuitively want to hold it, but after a couple times, I got used to it.If you have super long hair like I do, just be aware that it could interfere with the air intake. I didn't have any problems from it, because the air intake area has a good guard on it....but it *could* be a problem so just something to know.My hair is THICK. Like, I seriously have so much of it. It used to make me 90 minutes just to blow-dry it. It took me about 35-40 min with this, from soaking wet to dry and straight. Next time I will let my hair dry a bit more naturally and then I bet it will be about 15 min.Overall, this is a great product for the price and I highly recommend it!

I was a bit worry that it would not dry my hair as I have long and thick hair, boy was I wrong. It heats perfect and my hair drys faster than my regular blow dryer and because it has the brush attached I can style it at the same time. Is was a bit odd to hold at first, but once you get the hand of it is quite easy. I do dry my hair when is damp not wet and dripping if that helps. I love that it came with strong large clips to section my hair which I hardly use, but does come in handing when needed. Worth every penny and I am telling my co-workers about it. Easy to use and it has 3 settings which I mostly use the high. I love that is large and it holds allot of hair and de-tangles my hair at the same. End results my hair is shinny and less frizz.

La descripcion de que el cepillo para secador de pelo Jahaul era tambien volumizador, me convencio de pedir este producto. Aunque cuando me llego el cepillo pense que era de un tamano muy grande para mi pelo arriba de mis hombros (como ya lo describian otros compradores), lo probe. Me encanta, el pelo me queda muy bien. Lo recomiendo, pruebenlo
