This eye mask is a life saver. I work a lot on computers and I use this daily to relax my eyes and reduce eye strain. Also great for after crying, headaches, etc. If you freeze it will get hard because...that's what things do when they're frozen. Lol I freeze mine and wait until it's slightly pliable. So far so good.

I’d like the protective shield from the direct ice.

I got this for my wife a year ago for Christmas and she keeps it stored in the freezer for anytime she needs it (today being one). Stays cool on her face for over an hour and doesn't cause cold burns. Fits well.Using it as a heat mask isn't quite as long, maybe 20 minutes, as shed like it a bit longer. So that's the minus star.

I wanted to use this instead of putting ice on my face for some sensitive/inflamed skin issues, however I was disappointed that this says don’t put in freezer… it doesn’t get that cold in the fridge and doesn’t keep cold for long.

Too stiff in freezer. I like that I can still see what I’m doing instead of having eyes covered.

I don't know why I read a lot of reviews saying that it's rock solid when frozen, I mean it's frozen isn't that common sense, I simply place it on something curved when I put it in the freezer and it fits perfectly on my face. I'm happy with my purchase

This mask is great for sinus pain. My only complaint is that it stays flat and stiff at first. You have to force it to conform to your facial hills and valleys. The elasticized band keeps it in place on your face without slipping. Nice product to keep in your fridge or freezer.
