I can sprawl all over the place with this thing. It is an absolute blast and really great for primal flow, yoga workouts.

Rebounder - Just right
I have a rebounder on a hardwood floor. I wanted something to go under it. This is perfect. Just right. Gives it cushioning like a yoga mat, but fits the footprint of my rebounder.

Good traction, no odor, seems durable, but pretty thin
Works great for my yoga and floor acro home workouts, more comfortable and better traction than pile carpet. But, it's relatively thin, so best used on carpet or rug with good padding, for max comfort, esp. if doing any impact exercises. Recommend the larger size for 6+ foot tall individuals, but even 5 foot seems large enough for most of my floor moves.

Great for grass but not for tile floor or hard wood floor
Great to use outside on grass but not for tile floor or hard wood floor coz there’s not enough cushion. Pretty thin cushion.

NICE
Small error in the rubber in one place (like a little melted or something) but the rest is fine.The 6 foot was too big for my apartment so I returned that one and kept the 5 foot one. Notalot of cushioning so I bought a carpet pad (round) and put that underneath it...now it's perfect.

So nice to be able to move around on the floor and never have your knees or heels touch the hard surface

Comfortable and great in a workout space
I love this mat. It is on my concrete floor in my basement. It is comfortable, soft and has some cushion allowing for barefoot workouts like barre. I don’t find it slippery as mentioned in other reviews.

Not thick enough
It's almost paper-thin. Not at all what I expected for $120. Extremely disappointed. Perhaps 4 of them together would be enough.
