I snagged this Flexfit Men’s Cool & Dry Sport cap on Amazon, hoping it’d save me from my usual sweaty-hat nightmares, and wow, it’s like this thing has a personal vendetta against perspiration. The “Cool & Dry” tech isn’t just a fancy name—it’s a moisture-wicking beast that kept my head dry during a brutal 90-degree run, while the honeycomb weave felt like my scalp was getting a VIP breeze. It’s 100% polyester, structured with a mid-profile fit, and that stretch band? It’s like a gentle hug for my oversized head (I got the L/XL, fits 7 1/8” to 7 5/8”). The curved visor blocked the sun without making me look like a wannabe billboard, and the matching undervisor is a nice touch for shade and style. Seller shipped it faster than my last bad decision, and it arrived looking pristine. My must haves in a ball cap is breathable fabric, a stretch fit, and generously sized to fit comfortably. This one does it all, and without a logo emblazoned across the front. I’ve hand washed it a few times in the sink using a few drops of dish soap and warm water, then a good rinse, air dry and it’s holding up just fine.

I’ve worn these types of hats pretty much my whole life. These are far superior to any hat I have purchased in the past. I’ve always loved the flex fit hats because I don’t have to worry about having my exact head size. The material these hats are so much cooler to wear in hot temperatures. The hat breathes better than other hats I’ve owned, if that makes sense. I also noticed that whatever material is used in the bill is very sturdy (not like a cheap piece of cardboard) but still malleable, so once you get that perfect bill curve, it stays just how you like it. The hats are also easy to clean off you tend to get stuff on your hat from working. I did construction for a while and I’d go through hats all the time. These ones last a lot longer. Well, that’s all I’ve got for you. That’s my review. I’ve bought almost all the colors they offer in this exact hat, so hopefully you find them as good a quality as I do.

So comfortable and perfect fit. I thought S/M would be small for my big head but it was a perfect fit. Love the color and for the price, it can't be beat. I needed for my volleyball and it's perfect, in fact, so perfect that I could wear it in any occasions. I truly hope that it lasts me a long time.PS-looks lighter on the pictures but it's pitch black which was what I was looking for!

Big hat for big heads, good find

Awesome! Really comfortable, fits well, quality worth showing off, seems very durable. In comparison to a New Era 39thirty size s/m fitted cap (center in pic) and a Zephyr size m fitted cap (left in pic), a s/m FlexFit hat fits the same. Of the three the FlexFit is the one I would prefer for active wear or hot weather, followed by New Era, then Zephyr, based on breathability. I got the flex fit for running in the rain/snow and yard work, etc. Probably will buy one or two more because they're nice.
