Update: Customer service is very helpful. They were upset to hear about the misfortune of the mat and volunteered to send a new one out right away.The keyboard is beautiful and seems to be well made. Unfortunately, my children only got to play a couple of times before one of the keys is already not working. Disappointed...

My daughter loves it. I do like the adjustable volume and actual on/off switch. Seems pretty durable. Plays a lot of songs and different instrument sounds. Very nice for the price

This was a toy I got for my niece when she is over . She is into music ,anything that plays she is a rocking dancing machine !! She so sweet with her stuff so I was surprised she actually enjoyed walking all over it . The music was the perfect pitch for her to dance to that wasn’t annoying for us! The whole piano Theme is adorable and the material used to make this is on point ,very well made and stitching looked greatly done like it wasn’t going to come apart after she played . I think she’ll have plenty of years of happiness on this music mat!

Our daughter suggested we get this for our youngest grand daughter! It was a super suggestion and our grand daughter will play independently with her piano mat and she will follow the lead of her mom and dad! Her parent's are musicians and felt their little 2 year old girl would enjoy this gift in many different ways and boy were they right! :-) Our grand daughter will take this out on her own....and she will play in many different ways.....it is an awesome gift for her!

I love this! It remindz me of FAO Swartz toy store. My daughter has a ball on it. All of the buttons on it work with a touch from your foot (unless you are using your hands. Try playing chopsticks on this and your giving yourself a full cardio workout!

I got this for my granddaughter who was 5 at the time. My son said it stopped working right when she started to use it. He didn't tell me right away because he thought maybe it just came with weak or old batteries. He picked up new batteries and it still didn't work. When I found out from my granddaughter that it didn't work, it was outside the return window. My son said he was busy and forgot about it. Either way, I give it a one for crappy worksmanship. It should last more than a day and I'm really tired of companies making such cheap products!
