This salt tastes just as good as it claims and more. It works perfectly in our salt grinder. I especially like that it has trace minerals in it so we don't have to take extra supplements to get important trace minerals. Sea salt has nano plastics and pink salt has too much iron (that's what makes it pink). This is the perfect salt for us.

Grinds beautifully, has a very full flavor, and less of it is needed than other salts.

This was ordered as a refill for our table salt grinder. The flavor is good. The salt granules were a little bit fine. Usually when I get grinder salt it comes in larger chunks. The finer chunks sometime flow out white the grinder is sitting and you have a small pile of fine salt on the table. I plan to keep and use this salt and not return it because the small that trickles through is not enough to be a nuisance for me .

Perfect sized crystals for my hand-held, battery-powered grinder. There is a vast difference in the term "Coarse" manufacturers use in describing the size of the crystals in salt. I bought two different salt products labeled "Coarse" before I found this product to be the size AND consistency of crystals I was seeking. Of the first two products labeled "Coarse", one was no different than the size of crystals you shake out of any salt container at a restaurant or fast food place which is too fine to put in my grinder, the grinder would turn it into powdered salt. Therefore that product was useless for my situation. The crystals for second product, also labeled "Coarse", were extremely large and the consistency of the size of the crystals inside the same bag was terrible. A good deal of the crystals were the size of a popcorn kernel and some were the size of an unshelled sunflower seed and would not physically fit into my grinder. I do not have the time or patience to hand sort out the crystals which rendered the whole bag unusable for my grinder. My point is this, be very careful when deciding on what product to buy. Read the customer reviews carefully, and I suggest you trust only sellers that have a sample picture of the actual product in the listing in which you can see the actual size and consistency of the crystals you would be getting in the package. Otherwise you could end up in my situation whereas I wasted $24 and a combined nine days of delivery on the first two products I purchased before this product.

Be aware that while this salt is course, it is not in the size of course-ness needed for a grinder like the Oxo. And it’s not returnable.I’m sure it’s a fine product, but I can’t use it so will donate it.

I did give it a lower mark on the packaging. The resealing part broke fairly quickly. Not a major issue, just letting you know you may need to put it in a ziploc, or double such, in short order. Or I just got unlucky. But the salt is well worth any potential hassle. I have started keto, which really means a lot of cooking from scratch. It also means watching everything from salt, to fat, to carbs, to else. This salt means I get the flavor for the amount of salt wisely wanted.I will be trying other salts, but will keep this salt in my pantry. Very well worth the slight increase over typical salts, both for cooking, brining, and finishing at the table. Good eating.
