Southern Biscuit Formula L Biscuit Mix, 7 Ounce

This is the best biscuit mix ever. I love the flakes in the mix and so tasty!

Wonderful flour - but $4.72 for 52 ounces at Walmart. $9.00 for just 7 ounces here.

Just followed the recipe and ended up with a slime concoction that would never be able to be cut into a biscuit and moved. Made a great slime play toy for my kid after, but not able to eat

The best short cut method to making dumplings for chicken and dumplings. Use formula L and some milk; for a richer dumpling add a little evaporated milk.

Pretty expensive for one serving, 6-8 biscuits. The buttermilk measurement is way to much for the product measurement. I had to add flour to make up for the runny-ness of the dough. I double checked my self, so not a mistake. Very odd. OK flavor after all of that but tasted too much flour obviously. Disappointed

I love the mix, keeps me from having to grate the butter. Enough for just me I can make 1 or 2 biscuits for myself. ❤️

The texture and lightness of these biscuits were as expected. They were crumbly, not light at all but very heavy. I made 9 nice size expensive biscuits that disappointed me in taste and texture. Will stay with my white lily SR flour biscuits. Better tasting and a lot cheaper. But all taste buds and likes are different so it might be your favorite. If so enjoy.

Normally love formula l. For some reason this was runny. It also arrived with only a couple of days left on use by date.
