We buy this in bulk and everyone in the house uses it, adults, teens, male and female. It has a soft scent that isn't obvious male or female tailored.We started using it after two family members developed cysts from stick deodorant and subjecting women the the scare of "that could be breast cancer, we'll have to do scans" isn't cool. Switching to this product and not a single underarm cyst has developed in either of those individuals in over 4 years. We love how easy it is to use on road trips. Keep a canister on hand in the car and even if it gets warmer than usual, no one has to smell. It's also been handy in situations where Someone needs deodorant and as it doesn't touch your skin, you can help a friend out without having to toss it.6 canisters covers our family of 5 for about 5 or so months.Downside: can cause respiratory annoyance if used in an enclosed space(do not use in a moving vehicle, use a rest stop).Recycling is hard with this canister.I would prefer if this came in a spritz vs aerosol unit.
