THIS IS NOT A CORSET!!! This "spanx like" item comes from an Asian country and runs extremely small. I am a 5'3, size 14-16 US woman's. I have back fat and a FUPA in which it did nothing to hold me in lol.I bought both the black and cream color in the largest size they offered for this item.It comes in a mesh like material, with plastic boning (holds no shape at all).Alot of hooks, but they feel like they offer no support when clasped together.I am not satisfied with the hold but for .99 cents I took a chance and ordered anyway. Not a good product to do waist training.

I had abdominal surgery a few years ago and have poor muscle tone in my stomachache, so I had some unsightly rolls under fitted clothing. This wrap gave me a sleek silhouette without being hot & scratchy like a few others I've tried. It's not one of the weight loss or exercise belts and it will show under skin tight clothing, but it works exactly as I expected and was just what I was looking for.

I am enjoying the benefits of wearing my new waist trainer! I purchased this waist trainer to help me tone my ab area while I am drinking a 21-day slimming tea and after only a week I am very pleased with the results that I am seeing after only a week of using the waist trainer. I wear it for my waist trainer for a specific amount of time every day under my clothes and I can feel it working I plan to use it while I work out, but I haven't had time to work out with it on yet. It is very comfortable and a compliment to my body. This is a great way to train the waist with and without the work that comes with working out.

I give it three stars because for the first couple of times wearing it was great, I will say the medal inserts could become uncomfortable but for most part no issues. After about a couple of weeks the trim area which keeps the medal insterts inside began to break through actually hitting/againist my abdomen. :( Besides that it was ok, I was going to return but waited too long. Having said that you can give it a go, possibly mine was just an dud.

At first I was a bit freaked out that I ordered an XL and it barley went around my waist, but then I realized it’s spandex and it seems too small but it isn’t! It is in fact supposed to be smaller as the spandex will stretch when fitting it around your waist and fastening it. It will then be nice and tight like it should be to help shrink your waist. I’ve had less than a month and already bought a size large. My waist size is a us 33inch, if that helps any of you in deciding what size to purchase, I got an xl at 33” waist.. This is the best breathable corset waist trainer I’ve ever purchased, it is breathable and moves nice with your body. I exercise in it and don’t lose breath. The only reason I’d maybe give it less stars is because they sent me the wrong color the first time for the XL, they got it right for the large..

I love it! It's perfect and it gives me a great silhouette, it's not even noticeable when wearing clothes above it!! It definitely deserves a 5 star rating because it's exactly as described and I got it for a wonderful price, and received it in a timely matter!!!😊😊😊

Wow! I bought the XXL size and it only went a little more than half way around my waist. I wear size 16-18, so an XXL shouldhave fit. I tried using 2 of them, but that was too large. It seems that the manufacturer assumes that your waistis already tiny. Since they were only a $0.99 Add-On, it didn't make any sense to return them. The postage would be more than the price of the item. The item itself is well-made, but be careful about the size you order.

I was surprised how much I liked it I am tall and not overweight by much it's all in my stomach. Boy do I love this thing
