After starting to make a "Jelly Roll Rug" I found that many people recommended the use of a walking foot when sewing the rug strip together. Upon seeing the price of the Husqvarna name brand walking foot that would go with my machine I purchased this one to try out.My initial thought was to give it a go and if I really liked the idea of a walking foot then I could invest in the higher end name brand one. However I ended up being pleasantly surprised by the quality of this walking foot. I've used it pretty heavily with my Husqvarna Viking Opal 690Q sewing machine and it is still going strong.Installation was easy and it works well. My only "gripe" would be that I'm not able to use the zig zag stitch at full width due to the narrower size of the cutout on the metal plate on this foot. I was however able to set the zig zag to about 3/4 of the full width availability on my machine and that has worked fine so far for my purposes.If this foot breaks down the road I could probably justify splurging on a name brand Husqvarna foot in order to have full width functionally on the widest of zig zag stitching but until then (and I don't foresee it breaking in the near future) this one is perfectly adequate for my projects.

I have several of these walking foot attachments. This one works well with our brother machine. A must have, for difficult fabrics that shift during the sewing process. The quality is great!

You get what you pay for... it is cheaply made, and rattles on my machine. It shimmies so badly on my brother machine that it actually caused the needle holder screw to loosen. My needle kept falling out. It leaked a little oil from its assembly I guess? And left a black line down my quilt. Definitely need to just pay full price for a higher quality walking foot!

This walking foot fit my BabyLock easily and was very easy to install. It has worked great, and makes working with fleece and minky so easy.

So excited to have this walking foot now. It works so well.

This product makes hard to feed fabric easier to work with. You do need to some practice using it to learn how it works. My love for this product grew the more I used it.
