BOJACK2N2222 NPN 60V 0.8A 0.5W 250MHZ Power General Purpose Transistors (Pack of 200)

Ended up returning these because I had a relay module and I didn't know at first that these transistors and the flyback diodes were built-into the relay modules. I did get to test one of them though and it worked fine controlling a 5V pump, I was very impressed.

Handles up to 0.6 amps and fast pulse response.

These work out to like $.03 each in this quantity. Remember when you paid $3 for a single transistor at Radio Shack? I have not had a single DOA from the pack so far. This is a common "maker" part you should have to drive loads beyond the microcontroller output capability.

Transistors used in training.

The beta drops to 14-15 at 1mA! Tested several with the same results. Whatever the are, they are not 2N2222s.
