Overall, this lasts me about 2-3 months and if great flavor. It provides you with enough protein for the day. The consistency is smooth and can be mixed into overnight oats or drunken in a protein shake. It does not leave any clumps and is not chalky.

Flavor is delicious and easy to get down in ten minutes it says but it's so yummy it only takes me a minute. It's high in protein so my trainer said take half scoop.. product says you can do that also so it will lasts long and I get the protein I need. No complaint here. Good buy, affordable, and even cheaper on here than Walmart. They wanted $10 more. Came fast and I'm very happy. Using it as my snack between breakfast and lunch, and again between lunch and dinner as my trainer said to. Great to supplement protein intake and it helps post workout for your muscles and soreness. Definitely will buy again.

Background: I’ve been lifting weights for pleasure for 20 years. I’ve used creatine and vegan powders, but it’s my first whey protein. After using this for a week, I’m pleased with the results. I’m a small woman who loves lifting weights, so I only drink one scoop on water or milk after my workout.Digestion: I have a sensitive stomach , usually avoid sweeteners, coffee, lots of flours, etc. I still get to drink this whey protein without issues. I also listen to my body: if my stomach is not up for it, I only drink half of the massive spoon and leave the rest for later.Flavor: Banana flavor is Not bad at all, actually kind of enjoyable with milk, even with the sweetener.Results: It makes me feel full and I’m noticing that lifting more, eating more protein, and adding this has made the whole process easier and I’m getting bulkier ( more muscle ).I deduct a star because I wish it didn’t have artificial sweeteners in it , but I knew it when I bought it.I have no idea if it’s spiked , if it has all the protein it claims to have or not. I’m just happy that I can keep it down and it seems to be helping my weight training goals. I would try to find something healthier in the future, but this is a good kickstart for me to get past the plateau where I was.I the Creatine of the same brand before my workout , less than a spoon. I don’t mind if the whey only has 1.5 g per spoon. I’m already taking creatine and I don’t need that much more for my size, so a gram is perfect for me. Then I drink the whey post workout or a little earlier in the day to supplement a meal.For $17 for 2 lbs, it’s a good value, and will buy again next month.

I've been using either this product or Six Star for years. I had some health problems and had 12 operations in just under 24 months and had a one year recuperation process between each knee replacement. I started back in the gym three weeks ago after a six year absence. Prior to my health problems, I spent 25 years in the gym. My supplement regimen has always been 100% whey protein, creatine, and nitrous oxide tablets. I also have one Muscle Milk shake before bedtime because it contains casein protein, which is a slower digestible protein which feeds the muscles overnight. Most supplements that you see advertised in muscle mags are a waste of money. When you see huge guys who are busting out all over with muscles on the front of the mag, you'll find that after every story on those guys is a different supplement they claim made them that big. No, it's steroids! Protein feeds muscles and whey protein is the best form available. Body Fortress has a great reputation in the industry and will always help you in your workout. I will be 71 years old in April and I plan to pack on 30 pounds of nuscle in the next three years. Trust me, it can be done. If you're serious about packing on muscle, this product and hard work will get you there.

A friend who has been a body builder all his life told me he doesn't use this particular brand personally it was a good protein powder to use after looking into it for me . It blends very well... It tastes pretty good, more on the bland side than anything. The cost per serving is what first drew my interest, it's really a good value. That was my primary search filter and why I had my friend look into it. I was like "Is this stuff nutritious? Absorbable? Will it convert to sugar?" after coming up with such a reasonable cost per serving. I'll probably buy a couple more and then make a decision about the long term but for now I like the product.

I've been using this protein powder for a few weeks now, and I'm overall satisfied with it. It mixes well and has a good amount of protein, but the flavor is just okay. I've tried the banana creme flavor and its just a bit bland. I'm not a huge fan of protein powders in general, so this one is fine for me, but if you're looking for a protein powder with a great flavor, this isn't it.

I have used this product almost exclusively(different flavors of course) during my last two years of keto diet. Losing a total of 60 lbs. It is the only dietary supplement I have used...so you draw your own conclusions...It helps. I get sore from working or whatever and I can drink this and within an hour feel much better. I will drink this after dinner for dessert instead of snacking...and I can cut half my caloric intake out by drinking this to hit my protein goals instead of tons of meats and such. FYI, this mixed with heavy whipping cream is the bomb. Mix with just a little water to make a slightly thinnish paste and then add the cream...and whip. Blammo, cookies and cream whip cream. Great for a few tart berries or a little pile of pecans.
