This is a great way to distract your cat (I bought extra small) if you have to do something unpleasant (such as shaving a knot out of belly fur) that would otherwise result in teeth and nails sinking into your flesh.Tips!Prioritize what you want to get done. Have everything ready to go - if you're brushing or clipping nails or shaving - make sure anything with batteries is charged. Our old kitty doesn't mind the clippers, but she's developed knots on her belly and absolutely hates the clippers near her belly- so we needed help without taking her to the vet to be sedated. If you need glasses and a headlamp, have those ready too.Turn it inside out so the tag and seam aren't an irritation to their ears! Calmly slip it over the head, position over the ears, get the cat into position, limit the working time to 1-2 minutes, then calmly remove the hoodie and do lots of head petting etc if kitty sticks around.Don't try to do everything in one go. This is a great TOOL- just LIMIT the time and be done before kitty decides THEY are done. Used it 3 times now without kitty resentment. Excellent price. Nice quality (just turn it inside out)- snug without any danger of restricting breathing. Love it!

This hoodie is great for my big cat, she is big but her head is small and big breeds of cats still work for the small size. This helps her when she is getting dried off after a bath and calms her a bit. It’s easy for them to take off but if they’re in the moment she doesn’t really want to take it off! The hoodie is super comfy and does not choke them or restrict blood flow and is not tight but stays on. It has stretchy material that ensures custom fitting.

While it seems to work well, our dog apparently has an extra extra large head and it seemed like the XL was a bit tight and was causing her to breathe strangely so had to take it off.Came back to see if it came in an XXL but unfortunately it doesn’t. Bummer.Edit: we found a way to make it work for our purpose by cutting it about 3/4 of the way through so it isn’t so restricting on our dog’s throat. It’s being used to go over a bandage covering an owie that keeps getting knocked/scraped open and licked by another dog (eye roll).

I love this thing. I did order a small and its a little snug on my Cavalier king charles spaniel but this thing is worth it. My boy is scared of storms. Barks and whines at every thunder and whimpers the whole time it rains. Trembles in my lap until it passes. Put the happy hoodie on him and after he gets done trying to fight me to keep it on, he lays down and just sleeps. Its like the storm isn't passing.I have also used it while blow drying all 4 of our pups and they actually stand still while drying them.Im impressed enough that I've sent the link to several of my fur baby loving families. Awesome product

Sent back because my GSD got it off pretty quickly. It is very very tight on her big ol head despite being size L or XL. It would have likely worked had she not been so stressed about having it on. She wouldn’t have stopped trying to get it off. Seemed to be very hot too but she looked very cute and if your dog is smaller I bet it would work better. I can’t find a pic of her in it so I’ll add one of her in her child sized balaclava which also didn’t work. Oh I found the pics! Seller is legit. Got refund

This is will help us when grooming our sheepdog! Tried the force dryer with this snood on her head. She was ok to be dried with some treats. Without the snood, she ran away. It fits snugly and easily over her head and ears. It is soft and a good size for my 50 pound dog. I recommend this if your dog hates the force dryer! She did not try to take it off either.

I got the ear cover to help keep my dog from flapping his ears and for comfort. He kept it on better than some of the looser ones and although it is thick and a bit snugger that is what makes it stay on better it is still true to size. My Beagle is snug and sleepy during the thunderstorm for the first time in years.

I have a Rescue Chihuahua who developed a Hematoma. So the intent was to keep her from doing the head flip, hence the Ear Flip in order to reduce the damage to her blood vessels in the ear. The product works fine when it remains in place. It does seem to also settle the dog down a bit. The one drawback, it could be a little longer so it would stay in place longer.Update, perhaps 2 weeks have past, when it remains in place it quiets the dog down, the one problem, she knows when we are watching, and when we are not watching she can have it off in a heart beat.
