The chair comes disassembled, you have to screw it in your self. It comes with an allen key but not a screwdriver. A screwdriver would be nice to have but not essential to 'align' the bolts. I was able to get by with a spoon. You can assemble this on your own, but it probably won't be easy, so I would get a friend or S.O to help.The fit wasn't perfect and one of the screws doesn't get screwed in tightly though that doesn't seem to affect the durability of the product.The quality of the foam is strictly average. After about 20 minutes of kneeling the foam gets compressed and you will feel the pillow bottom out and your knees will make contact with the wooden structure below. This can be remedied by using a small memory foam pillow. over the knee rest.If you work from home and are buying this for your work setup, it's a nice option to have but it won't work alone. It puts pressure on your lower back and knees instead of your your upper back. I would recommend using this for a max of about half an hour before switching between sitting / standing.Some of the more positive reviews talk about it as if it's some kind of miracle, it's really not. It's just ok, nothing great. This is a kneeling chair and it's overpriced for the materials used.

The media could not be loaded. Giving this review after a weeks use. I drink my mornings and evening tea on it. So I use it for approx 30-40 mins per day. Amazing Amazon Buy!!!If you sit on it after dinner works as good as walk i.e you get burps and pressure on stomach is reduced after a full meal.Back muscles feels stiff in a good way encouraging you to sitwith straight back. Best product brought on Amazon so far. Go for it!

You open and find unusable strips... insufficient tools

My family is using it from past few days and we loved it. Tip is to gradually increase the time spent on it so your body gets use to it. Good for muscle development. Recommended!!
