At first I was skeptical about buying refurbished which I normally don’t do. However after opening the box and realizing this thing is in mint condition and hearing how well it sounds I am probably going to buy another for another room in my home. The sound quality is very good...the sub makes a difference in music and in movies, noticeable but not overpowering.....it hooked right up to my Samsung 55' TV...the Bluetooth linked immediately and all the features function as advertised...I didn't notice any LFE effects, which I think usually takes a dedicated channel not included in this unit...but the sub does a good job even so...I don't think you could do much better at this price point...

It took a little work to get this hooked up to my TV but that was because my TV (Samsung) had to be reset by the Samsung company. Once that was done I have not had any problems with hearing and was finally able to turn off the closed caption on the cablebox.

This replaced a wired surround sound system in a former home. New home and I wanted an easier to set up system. This is an excellent option, except the lack of legible and clear set up instructions. Works great, but being able to get the most out of the system is limited by my lack of electronic skills and inadequate instructions.

Shipping was awful! I received a box covered in urine, I know because of the color and smell. UPS delivered the box with gloves because they didn't want to touch the box. Overall the sound bar is nice. I just don't recommend bringing the box into your home.

Great sound great price. I needed a new sound bar and it has good base and sound. The seller was great got it to me asap hopefully will do business with this company again

Had another Samsung and replaced it with this one. Sounds much crisper and clear. I actually bought one from Costco and took it back when I saw this one.
