It's small and light, also very black so it's easy to hide in a corner.It's also light enough that you can use bluetac or double sided tape to keep it secure.The PoE works perfectly, and it also has a separate 48v power input if you ever move it somewhere that no longer has PoE.That's the positives aside.The negatives are that the picture quality is not great, even when above 1080p.The software provided is not easy to get. It's also very trashy software. Crashes my computer constantly when changing settings.You can connect to it from a web browser using it's ip address.If you use Internet Explorer 10 or 11 then you can watch the live stream from there, and also change settings.However when changing settings they never stick.This is a camera that you place somewhere where it's well lit, and there's a very strong chance nothing will ever happen there. You should not rely on this camera. Maybe use it with another camera in order to get a second angle, but that's as far as I would go with this.I would not buy it again.

I purchased the product thinking plug and play after installing the software unfortunately, it was far from easy. The software supplied on a disc did not installed throwing errors from file detection to freezing my desktop on windows 7. I had to find another IP camera software to get around the installation issue. The other issue was finding a capability software that is able to detect the camera and easy to configure. You need to be technically minded if you are to buy this camera.

On opening the box an instruction to download the manual and software using a QR code using 3 methods is discoveredMethod 1. Using the QR code and using OneDrive it won't download.Method 2. Inputting a AlphaNumeric URL. This works but then you discover the installation rar has a virus. (possibly the reason why Method1 won't work)Method 3. Contact Revotech. I'm Still waiting.So I head off to the Novosun website( the makers of the CMS software) and install CMS & Cyeweb. This may or may not be software requiring a payment because I couldn't get it to run, but I do get a pop up screen that says "continue with free trial" and then it just crashes.Having spent a couple of hours with this I've now thrown in the towel.

Bought to put inside a storage unit out the front of the house got the POE 3.6mm lense connected to Dahua 8 channel NVR after setting the IP I used dahua config tool to see the camera and tell me what the IP was then logged into the camera head and set to static IP or for this camera ‘lock IP’ so far so good. The storage unit 6feet by 4feet has its own motion lights so not concerned with night vision.

Wasn't really super easy to setup as it had a static IP assigned and no easy software to configure. So had to change my PCs IP to HTTP to the camera to alter to DHCP. That said, it works great with nice images, although it doesnt support Infrared, so not great in the dark

This would be a perfect camera for monitoring 3D printers but lacks HTTP video streaming. The manufacturer says you need IE which doesn't even exist anymore.It has RTSP support but integration into 3D printer mabagers like Duet and Octoprint need HTTP.Otherwise a good camera, so long as your application can support RTSP.

Extremely disappointed the picture quality for IP was not very good at all I ended up returning the item
