MountainsmithTrekking Pole-Rubber Boot Tips (Pair)

Exact replacement for the original rubber tips that had worn thru to the carbide metal tips.Used to use my mountainsmith treking poles for hiking in southwestern Utah deserts until blood clots in my left leg put an end to hiking. I now use the poles to help me walk on pavement and slippery tile in buildings.The soft rubber tips won't slip even on shiney, slippery tile floors in doctors offices and coffee shops.Pricey, but worth it.

I have been using these for a long time on my Mountainsmith Trekking Poles and lately as an addition to my Black Diamond Trekking Poles. I did find some others which also work on either pole. The Columb Replacement Rubber Tip Protector Flex ones. 10 to a pack for a fraction of the cost.

We've had our Mountainsmith poles for over 10 years and use them often on all sorts of terrain, including rocky and rugged. Not only have the poles held up extremely well, but we just had to buy new rubber tips for the first time. They were very easy to change out.

Good fit, quick replacement for the original tips which wore out way too fast. The metal tips that these cover basically cut through the original tips until they were useless and I tossed them in the garbage. I'm hoping that these are more durable, but time will tell. They do have a shoulder inside which, in theory, prevents the metal spikes from poking through.

Fit wonderfully, has nice gripping texture. HOWEVER, it barely lasted a week before wearing a hole in the tip, thus mpneeding to be replaced. A little expensive as a wear item. Will be looking for a slightly more durable replacement.

Had to get another package of these cane tips- with daily use, they do wear out quickly.

The rubber tips on walking sticks had worn through and needed replacing. These tips fit perfectly and were received within 3 dqys or ordering.

Disappointed in this purchase. I've only had them a month and they have alreadyworn out the rubber.
