I love this thing. I use this a lot. It really helps so much and the cost is totally worth it for me. I have a bad back and this really makes it easier to massage my own back without straining my muscles. The heat is awesome and the different speed settings are good for whatever mood I am in to tackle tough knots. I can also use this on the bottoms of my feet or my legs not just my shoulders and back. I wish I had a whole chair that had these in them.This is quiet enough to fall asleep with and the design works well to reach all spots I need to massage. I've bought these as gifts before and you can never go wrong. People love these as do I.I have had it for a few years now and I have had no issues at all with anything breaking or malfunctioning. It just works every time I turn it on. It is compact enough to store discretely away for use later. I keep it by my bed in my bedroom so I can use it before bed or lay down and have it work my neck as I watch a movie or TV show.Highly recommend, great value for the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this as a needed replacement for my husband. I was additionally going to give this 4 stars because I honestly thought this massager had a heated element included and it doesn’t. However the charge for this fits my foot massager soooo I’m beyond happy about that. The actual massage and mesh netting on this one is much better than the previous one we had. Very effective. Functions great. Works out those hard to kinks the hands can’t seem to work out. Quality is great and helps you to just relax.

This works wonderful at massaging out shoulder and back pain. I wish the heat setting was a little more intense you, you can't really feel it. You get a great massage and a reasonable price. It's easy to use and set up.

This is amazing for the price. Great prime deal! As an LMT myself, I dont always have the opportunity to have a massage myself and this helps the areas i get sore or discomfort in when massage for myself is not an option.

I find this very useful since you can position it any way that you need it. I have a chair massager from amazon which I like but the position is static and so it doesn't always massage the areas you want massaged. With this massager it is more portable and you can position it horizontally or vertically, upper or lower back, and arrange the massage area almost anywhere you want, not just back but legs and rear end too. The buttons/switches are all easy to use.The only drawbacks to the massager (IMO) are that the "straps" that are designed to rest your arms in are somewhat useless to me because they you end up with your elbows down and your hand and wrist up in the sling portion. My hands fell asleep. Also because the traps are short, when you have the device around your neck it's a bit hard to see the controls cause they are high up on the strap. So the design could be better but honestly for the price and quality of the massage I would buy this massager anyway know what its shortcomings are. It's a very good little massager for the money!

Fantastic massager! They only issue I have is that it died 9 months in. I'm actually ordering another one because it is so good. Hope it lasts longer.

I have purchased a few of these, by different companies. They are all almost exactly the same other than the fabric. And they have all worked great for working out knots and relaxing the muscles in my back. The reason that I have had to replace them is because the fabric wears out. However, considering the cost of just one professional massage therapy session, replacing these tools every few months is still a significantly more economical and equally effective solution for muscle relief. THIS PARTICULAR MODEL IS THE BEST THAT I HAVE PURCHASED SO FAR. It's fabric, a robust nylon/ripstop type, has shown excellent durability, holding up much better than others. A quick tip: due to its strong fabric, it's best to avoid using it directly on bare skin.
