This product is great for what it does. However it’s not gentle. It feels like you’ve taken a laxitive, so all the symptoms that go along with that.. abdominal cramps, shakes, sweats, violent BMs, that kind of thing. If I take one I’m fine but if i take two like recommended , I have to spend the majority of the day lying down, near a restroom. If you’re really wanting to cleanse your system this is a good product for you but wow. I can’t imagine taking these for 30 days consecutively. I imagine this is kind of how being poisoned feels.
