I should have known better than to buy a Chinese product like this but the reviews were good so I took a shot. This machine only dispensed out of one flavored opening. I followed instructions carefully and even tried to select a softer setting, still nothing. Then it kept blowing the breaker. Switched to different outlets and same thing. Also hopper does not keep product cold !! This is a serious health issue as dairy products need to stay cold. Hopper lids are flimsy as well as does not seal top so insects could easy get inside. Trying to return but getting no response. Filed a claim and still no response. Will dispute my Amex very soon if return doesn’t happen. What terrible customer service !!!DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE !!!!

I have no experience with other soft serve machines so I really have nothing to compare it to, but we’ve had this for about a year and we’ve used it extensively. It says we’ve poured well over 4000 cups of ice cream. We use it weekly for about 60+ people. There are definitely some learning curves and things we’ve learned along the way, but we’ve figured it out pretty well. The reservoirs are not refrigerated but it does refrigerate the ice cream quickly. We’ve done several different fruit flavors and the classic chocolate and vanilla. Sometimes when a bunch of kids try to get it in a row you have to wait a few minutes after the first several people for it to cool again. I have found generic brand replacement parts for the machine and we clean it all with soft serve machine cleaner and then regrease after each use. Overall really happy with it!

Due to the virus, we had to think outside the box for our son’s grad party so we decided to throw an ice cream (un)social where cars can just drive up to the house and our son will take orders and deliver ice cream cones, sundaes or floats right to the car. We purchased this soft serve machine for the task. It is now our favorite new toy! Easy to set up, clean and use. We have tried several different ice cream varieties from liquid 6% milk fat from our local dairiette, to dry mix made with water and milk. We feel we get the best flavor/price combo with the carnival king brand 6lb mix - both the vanilla and chocolate taste great and can be mixed with 2 gallons of water or milk. Mixing with water gives it a little “icier”texture with weaker flavor, but is a good choice for a hot days since the holding chambers are not refrigerated. (Trust me, it doesn’t taste bad and is lactose free if mixed with water). However, if you can attend to the machine regularly or keep it out of the heat, using Whole milk with the mix is absolutely delicious. We have people wanting to rent this out all summer long for events so it was a wise choice for us to make the investment. Note : machine is very heavy and instruction manual is not super clear. If you read it and just think about the process it does make sense though.

Arrived one week late. No response from seller to numerous emails. Does not work as described. A fire hazard. The heat coming off the unit melted a 32-ounce plastic cup. It needs 12 gauge wiring or it will keep tripping your breaker. Breaker wiring extremely hot, a major fire hazard. Does not harden the ice cream. First ice cream comes out soft, everything after that comes out liquid. Now they will not respond to my emails for a full return and refund. The only redeeming quality is it's looks. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Easy to use and clean.We love this! been using it just at home, We bought a rolling kitchen cart to keep it on. Whenour kids have friends over to swim everyone always enjoys the bonus of ice cream. Adults all love it too. it's been a great buy, no issues.

Although this is machine is listed as a commercial machine it was not. IT didn't have the NSF approval necessary to be used in a commercial business.. It took 6 months to get then machine returned. I was excited about the machine as it did show as being one on the top machines. I guess you just can't believe everything you read.

great product easy to use and holds the ice cream at a very good hardness super easy to clean and take care of.

We bought this new and have had on going issues since new. I should have returned it within the first week.
