Bought the scooter tried to put the scooter up and the catch was so stiff it took 2 people to get it up which is ridiculous then put it on charge as was asked used it for 3 weeks on a daily commute to work the power display was not accurate as it was jump around all day you cannot do the mileage it says you can then finally yesterday after saying it was fully charged it died on me halfway home got home tried to charge and it says its charged and as I was trying to put it down which took forever I noticed the back brake was cracked so to sum up very poor build quality and do not buy this!

It is fun to ride it. Opening it is easy enough but the main flaw, to which the designer needs to pay attention, is to press down on a tiny ridged lip with your foot or thumbs until the hinge gives. It is almost impossible to press it down in order to fold your escorted unless you bring your small hammer with you. Instead of wasting so much time to press tiny ridged lip with your foot, I used my hammer to hammer it down to fold this escotter. It will be great if the seller also sell the motor controller as a replacement. I just found out this motor controller can only be bought from eBay and it needs to be shipped from China.

I actually sent this back as soon as it arrived. My son changed his Santa list to an x box. However my friend has this one, this is how I heard about it. He has had his for over a year and splits it between himself and his son. It’s his sons but he uses it for work. It is the only one I’ve seen that the handle bars raise and lower so can be used by adults and kids. He has nothing bad to say about it

I just arrived home to find out my back light has fallen off which is connected to the back not a detachable light after 2 days of usage battery does not do 30km it barely does half the amount and it will only travel at 30 minutes an hour for about 5-minutes and then when it drops right down to about out 20 km an hour I would try and return the product but they will not accept a return I'm presuming because of the light has gone missing I now have wires hanging out the back and when it rains I'm guessing it will break down it's a very good price but I don't believe it's very well constructed
