Journee Collection Womens Regular Sized and Wide-Calf Mid-Calf Slouch Riding Boots

I had ordered these boots for one of my daughter's Christmas gifts in late November. The order said they'd ship out bewteen December 2 and 7. On December 11 I contacted My Fashion Corner (the manufacturer of the boots and also the shipper)when the order still hadn't arrived. They gave me a lame excuse saying Fed-Ex had some issues and I should be patient for a few more days. I was patient and still no boots. I emailed them again and got the same reply so I asked them to re-ship. I got the boots within a few days only to find out they shipped the wrong order. I finally found a phone number and called customer service. They verified that the order sent to me was wrong. They asked me to send the wrong order back and promised to send me the correct order. I still had to wait another week, but FINALLY received the correct order. It took them 5 weeks and 3 days to send me the order. So much for a Christmas gift. I will never order from this company again. I love Amazon but won't be purchasing anything from My Fashion Corner or the Journee Collection. Very poor service!!

I was a bit disappointed with these. They look kind of cheap. Not my favorite pair for sure. But they fit well.

These are the third pair of boots I've bought off of Amazon. I order an 11W, and get a regular 11. I love these boots, but I can't wear them due to them being too narrow. Yet another return in the works. :(

I bought these knowing I would not be wearing them everyday. Upon first look at them, I was slightly disappointed, but... for the price and that they will not be a daily shoe/boot, I'm basically happy except that if you have a highly arched foot, you'll have a problem getting into your size at the 'ankle' portion of the boot. The first time I wore them, I wore very thin dress socks. Second time I went to wear them, had a thin pair of 'toe socks' [made like gloves, but for feet and toes], and while these socks are sort of thin, they were too thick for me to put on the boots, forcing me to wear a different pair, due to being hurried. So, if you order these and have high arches, I recommend a 1/2 size larger. These are very cute on and with pants tucked in or left out and dynamite with skirts!

I wear this style for work on my feet all day. I have a similar pair but fuzzy outer fabric Gives much better regular fit.

I love the boots, the fit, the look is great. The only thing I don't like is the lack of arch support and inner sole cushion.

In the past few years I've bought at least 6 pair, love the flat sole. I've tried several different companies, nothing compares.
