Great book but a bit too high level for me, i am about 1400 elo in daily, and high 1300 in rapid but even then solving puzzles takes a lot of time and i am talking about easy ones, i find some quick too but others take time. So i would say buy this book when you have a higher rating

Um..It is good for all the levels but few are a kind of easyI do recommend it for intermediate players mostlyTHIS BOOK IS FOR TACTICS IN MIDDLE GAMES .

This book consists of over 1000 problems in three categories. Easiest are first category.The easiest would require a FIDE ELO rating of at least 1100 to 1300 to solve correctly.The intermediate would require a FIDE ELO OF 1200 TO 1500 to solve correctly. MY student who is FIDE ELO 1250 gets 50 per cent correct in the intermediate category whereas my student who is FIDE ELO 1450 gets 70 per cent correct. I have not tried the difficult category on anyone.A few problems are repeated. One position that I have seen has occurred three times in the book.The answers for the easy and intermediate category are all correct.The author claims that repeatedly solving these problems would improve one's tactical ability. However this holds good for any set of graded tactical problems. This book is not for beginners. BEGINNERS would do well to solve Susan Polgar's books and Tactics time books. I would personally prefer to solve tactics using Chessok software on computer.
