Can't go wrong with this!
I should have bought this years ago! My Sony remote eats batteries like nothing I have seen. We snipped the wires to the backlight that would not go off. It helped, but I was still replacing them every two weeks. This is exactly as advertised. Worked right out of the box. The buttons are conveniently located and the signal works better than the original. I can use this sitting on an angle to the TV and it responds quickly. The original had to be tossed to someone sitting directly across from the TV. Love this item. Was happy with the price too. Thank you Redi-Remote!

It works
Works great with my receiver (Sony DAV-FX900W). Had to buy a replacement since my original controller crapped out on me and they didn't make em anymore. This one looks a little funky but works well

Started malfunctioning immediately but quickly fixed.
Started malfunctioning immediately. Would be a great remote, but I think this one has an internal defect.Turns out the controller chip came loose. Just needed to be reinstalled and fresh batteries. Now it works like a champ!
