Q: Are these seriously 350 each when the speakers are only 900 a pair?

The speakers are $1250 (new at least). Yeah, they're kinda pricey for what they are, but it's not *totally* unheard of for people to invest like 1/4'ish on stands for speakers. I agree the value isn't there though. That said, while you can find similar stands for 1/3 the price, these were made for the speakers - the bottom of the speakers and their feet perfectly cup into the the top plate, so when you screw them in they really feel like one piece... most plates are just going to be a little too big. The fit/finish is undoubtedly better. And is you get the white, the visual flourish of that silver portion really is killer. It's def harder justifying in black.

Q: are there screw threads at the bottom of the stand to attach spikes/custom isolation feet? if so what's the thread width?

No there are not any threaded receptacles underneath the stands . You could always invert some larger spiked equipment isolation feet and blue tac them at three points underneath each stand
