Kiss My Face Upper Management Styling Gel with Argan Oil, 6 oz

There are a lot of bad reviews of this gel, but I will give my 2 cents on this product. I do feel that they company is cheating us on 2 ounces because they previous version did have 8 ounces for the same price. However, the product is still well made and have found no issues using the new formula they introduced. I have noticed that i do have to use less amount of gel for my hair than what i prevously used. The gel comes off very easily without any white flakes and still leaves a long lasting hold trough the whole day. Another plus, is the bottle is upside down so the gel is always facing down not like the old bottle. Pretty satisfied with gel

This is the first time I've ordered Upper Management, so I can't compare it to the previous product. A friend recommended it and said her daughter liked it, and I really love it. I have thick, wavy hair, and I've tried every product known to man over the last few decades. I apply a dime-sized amount of this gel when my hair is wet and then comb it through and lightly scrunch. Then I let it air dry. I end up with nicely shaped, soft curls. No frizz. And as long as I don't brush my hair or pull it into a ponytail, the curls maintain their shape all day. I'd recommend it to others with naturally curly or wavy hair who want to beat the frizzy, kinky or bushy look.

I have seen a lot of reviews on this and honestly I don't know why it only has a three star rating. It is hands-down the very best hair gel I have ever used !!!!! I have very thick curly hair that gets very frizzy and this gives me control and shine like no other product I have ever used before ! I am very unhappy because I can no longer find this gel anywhere, no sellers on Amazon have it and I can't find it on vita cost either ! PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!

The product is translucent and of a gel consistency. I thought it was the same Kiss My Face product by the same name, but packaged in a green bottle. It is not. This product, once dried, left a white, gummy and noticeably apparent residue on my hair. I washed my hair and applied the product again without adding other products to test my speculation that the residue was due to this product. The result confirmed my speculation that the Kiss My Face Upper Management Medium Hold Natural Styling Gel produced the residue effect.

I think the formula (as well as the packaging) as been changed a little and I'm just not enjoying it as much as I did the original

I thought only the packaging had changed, but no this is entirely something different and it certainly is not working for me. I absolutely hate it. I've tried using it in various quantities, and it simply is just not working. It doesn't hold like the original one, and it leaves hair greasy and dirty looking. Please bring back the original one!! I have been buying it for years and cannot live without it, it was such a good product, why change a good thing?

My husband really likes this product. It is a little expensive, but it makes him happy. He's 90 and still has all his hair. We haven't received it yet but he's been using it for some time and is happy with it. It is due to arrive Oct 10.

I have been using this product for years and now they've destroyed it! It looks and feels like mucus and my hair feels like straw after it dries. What were they thinking? The price went up and the size went down. Don't buy it, they need to bring back the original product now!

My husband and I use this gel. This gel works great and gives a medium hold. Never feels stiff either. After a few years of use my scalp started to develop an itch. Now it's my husband who has to finish the two tubes I ordered :-))
