This is an awesome kit that has everything you need. I noticed a difference in my back pain (specifically upper back and shoulders) the next day after my first application. I took away 1 star because some of the cups are loose and do not suction or stay suctioned, however I think it is the size of the cups relative to my body rather than manufacturer design issues. The smaller cups caught suction much better and in the future, I would purchase more of just the smaller sizes. Overall, really good

My PT first used this on me and it worked great. No heat,no flame and no alcohol needed. I use a but of lotion, find the spot that needs it and then use the tool that attaches to create suction. Couldn't be easier. If you have wanted to try cupping, try these. Also, they are not glass so you don't need to worry about fragility

I love this product, I use it on my elbows and my knees. Since I have had 2 knee replacements. Still have pain. But using this cupping product , my pain goes away for awhile.

I bought these to replace my 10 year old sets that cracked and the handheld suction device leak air. The build quality on this new one is amazing. The cups are thicker and provide a flat/smoother lip for ultimate contact to the skin. Also, the suction device is better made than 10 years ago. Definitely will recommend this to my friends and family.

I still have yet to touch these and when I went to pack them up, I noticed the case had a tear. It's unfortunate that the case is cheap. It means I'm going to have to spend more on another case and I don't even know if the insert comes out. I would return it for a replacement, but I need it this weekend.
