I wear this as the models did, with a tank and shorts. Fits well and is good for hot weather where you want something over a tank top but not anything heavy. I noticed with these cover ups that they slip/slide off the shoulder a little but not all the time. And they do get caught in wheels underneath office chairs so be careful haha! Other than that, pretty cute and nice pops of color.

I ordered a 3xl and could have used a 2xl but it's worth keeping. Yes the fabric is thin and you really need to HAND WASH and HANG UP to dry. I would consider ordering from this company again. The shipping took quite a long time that's why I gave it 4 stars.
