If you planned on buying this to study for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam, you will be disappointed. It’s not a study guide. Easy read but packed with good content
I purchased this book to prepare for the SHRM certification and it has fulfilled its mission! Easy to read and go along. The only drawback would be that it only includes 20 practice questions.

A treasure for test-takers and their supporters !
This book will make you feel so ready to sit for almost any test. It contains invaluable and insightful guidance on how to cope with the whole process of getting ready! Not to mention the plethora of references for further exploration. Even if you do not consider sitting for a test (SHRM related or not) you will find a precious guide on how to better understand and help your children studying for litterally any exam.

Waste of money
If you've taken any test in your life, ever, don't waste your money on this book. This is NOT a study guide for the SHRM, but a guide on how to study for a test. Including useful tips like "get sleep" and "don't overschedule yourself the week of the test," it's definitely not worth your time. The "practice test" is only 20 questions and you can find pretty much the same thing online, for free. I'm very disappointed and will be returning my copy.

Helpful tips, good reference for best practice
The tips were helpful for identifying your and testing styles in order to prepare for exam day. Appreciated the information for post test...when to expect results, how to stay certified, celebrating the pass!

Good Support Guide!
I enjoyed reading how to mentally prepare for this exam. So many tools and references to help me feel more confident in my abilities to pass upcoming exam.

Waste of money
This was a total waste of money and prep time. The book is wrongly titled. This is just basic tips on taking a test. Very basic!!!!
