Q: Does the cocoa balls have caffeine in it??

No caffeine, it is made from natural cocoa. On a cold night boil 2 balls in 3 cups water, add a pinky size piece of cinnamon, a pinch of grated nutmeg. Boil until cocoa melts, add carnation milk, sugar enjoy.

They are just cocoa. I use them to make chocolate tea, and I add my own spices and flavorings. Just ground cacao. Good stuff.
