An excellent easy read for anyone wanting to understand what homeopathy is from a MD ND homeopath
This book is an excellent easy read good introduction to classical homeopathy. The author is a MD ND practicing primarily homeopathy. As a homeopath I recommend this book often to clients/ potential clients. For people who want to understand what homeopathy is. There are quite a few case examples to help the reader understand how it all works, from the consultation and questioning to selection of the remedy and taking it, potencies, follow-up assessment, and more. though there's lots of information in it, it's an easy read.

An excellent little book explaining homeopathy
This easy to read & entertaining little book by a Classical Homeopath who's also an MD explains the principals of homeopathy & how it differs from Western Medicine in language anyone can understand. The author has included lots of examples to make his points. I actually found it to be a page turner.

An excellent book for getting a firsthand knowledge about Homeophathy.
To me it has been an interesting book to read, during my search after a first-hand overview about Homeopathy, that is, what make Homeopathy different from to our daily conventional medicine. And it showed up to be an excellent book which I chosen, that is, both easy to read, and containing much interesting information.Concerning the difference, we read that Samuel Hahnemann, there 200 years ago, proposed that disease is a process that affects the patient as a whole and that medicines can be applied in small, non-toxic doses, to treat the patient directly, instead of just treating the disease. Opposite to this the conventional medicine only looks at the diseases, not the patients.A helpful information in the book is when we in the Appendix 1, “Potentization of medicine”, there getting an explanation showing what the dilutions 1X, 2X, 3X, etc. stands for. Here we by a drawing see that from the mother tincture, we first decrease with 99% water, that is getting 1C then having back the full strength on only 1/100 of the mother tincture, then by 2C, we are having 1/10,000, and so on decreasing. And in the book, we read of up to 30C, by which there probably only are left maybe only 1 molecule, or none.Ant rather actual in connection to this, in the Chapter 6, “Non-toxic Medicines”, we read about a patient came and told Dooley, how her gynecologist turned bright red and told her immediately to stop taking the arsenic, this poison. But actually, it was only 9C potency. Which she was taking to help in her sleeping problem. And in the book, we read about arsenic actually during thousands of years has been used in the same diluted way.In the book there are many interesting patient cases, but besides it was delightful to read the chapter 14, “Changing Your View”, where, among other, we learn about that Timothy and his wife, for 3 years, during work in Mexico, then being close to poor people living by a municipal dump, in which the poor persons all day long are digging after anything possibly to use. And then we read that actually the health problems for the poor people were solved by Homeopathy, and not by the drugs which were delivered from aid organizations.Personally, I try to avoid using drugs, as I have met too many side problems connected to many of the drugs which I during life have been put on. But my Thai wife blindly follows what the Thai doctors tell her, and quit opposite to what I tell her, show her in books, and the problems resulting from the drugs. But again, an interesting book to read, and on one of the sides first in the book, there with a thought-provoking drawing showing half of a flat and half of a round Earth.

Required readinf ro anyone interested in homeopathy.
One of my very favorites in the field. It is a concise introduction to an important science, clearly explained for the general public. I have heard him speak at a national conference. He is most impressive. Probably one of the few, if not only, to be both an M.D. and an N.D.
