I began taking Metagenics brand vitamins when my nutritionist recommended them. I have found very positive information when doing independent research of this brand myself. There are both many similarities as well as some differences in the formulations, read and compare to see what you think is the best product for you. One main difference between these Men's Vitality and the other Wellness Essentials is that this product requires one to take just a single packet of vitamins once a day. The other product requires one to take one packet two times a day. Beyond what one thinks is necessary for best nutrition there is also the difference in being able to comply with the two times a day dosing which can be an issue for some people, particularly since it is recommended to take these with food. I have taken both products depending on the pricing and availability and have found it easier to take this once a day formula though for the same price I would probably take the other two a day Wellness Essentials.Metagenics makes many vitamin products and supplements for both Men and Women and people with various medical conditions. Check out what is appropriate for you and also check on the pricing. I get a 20% discount if I order directly from the manufacturer because I am a registered patient of my nutritionist. However I have not found the customer service at Metagenics to be easy to work with and even with that discount have found companies here on Amazon that I can get better deals through.Note that this brand of vitamins and in particular these two products designed for men are out of stock often. If you decide to take these long term I would suggest one purchase two or more months at a time if one can afford to do so. That will help avoid having to go without your vitamins or use a substitute while waiting for them to be restocked. Just received this new multi vitamin and need more time to evaluate. Everything seems good at this point.

It is not the cheapest way to go, but I never seem to take the vitamins in the bottles. Recently I cleaned out the cabinet and discarded many expired bottles. As I approach 50 I feel like taking vitamins is probably a good idea. Metagenix has a great reputation for quality products. I am amazed that I recently took my vitamins daily for a full month. I ordered them again.

The description says an A.M. and a P.M. packet, but the box says once a day. This is my 3rd month with this product, and I definitely feel more energetic, nails and hair are stronger, just a general sense of wellbeing. The package includes 6 large pills, and not being a pill guy, my only complaint. I will continue with this product.

These are the best vitamins we have found! They have active folate in them which is super important, especially if you have MTHR. And the fish oil is third party tested. In the past we've been able to get these for close to $50 but the price has gone up. Even at the higher price I think it's worth it to have it delivered to your door within 2 days.

I would like to see Metagenics disclose the country of origin of vitamin ingredients. I have called them a couple of times to ask and they keep blowing me off. These are premium priced products and I think it is not unreasonable to want to know that information.

This is week one & I can feel the power much better than the other popular brand I have been taking over the past two years . I'll let you know in a few months just how good they are .
