PRICE, QUANTITY SAME AS BUYING FROM BISSELL, CHEAPER

Comparing replacement cost of (2 pads) Bissell compatible steam pads and Flintar (4 pads) INCLUDED. I believed I found the perfect solution of avoiding the insane cost of Bissell replacement pads. However, after using both the Flintar 'scrubbing' pads (2) and the (2) 'general' purpose pads on my hardwood and ceramic tiles floors. I am disappointed at the performance. After using the pads to remove general film (dust and foot traffic) on my hardwood floors the grime still took some muscle work using the scrubbing pads. I can attest the pads removed the surface dirt i.e., the dust that settles on any surface. However, the grime didn't come out after washing in commercial washing machine using commercial grade degreaser. So, the pads are "disposable" not machine washable reusable. To that point, I am a senior citizen that pride cleanliness. I live in a two-bedroom condo and moving dirt around with a mop is nasty and of no value. With that in mind, I looked for a better solution since manufacturers of laminate flooring highly recommend using steam instead of water and detergent based products. All said, not being able to launder these pads to reuse them is not the price because I paid about $70 dollars for the Bissell steamer.

They fit perfectly and very easy to clean

I was looking for a reasonably priced replacement pad for the Steam-n-Go Housekeeper and took a chance on these. Although these are a different style from the original pads, they fit fine. They wrap around the edges of steam head instead of being only velcroed to the bottom. As a result, they cover the spray hole for the optional cleaning solution, but I don’t normally use cleaning solutions when I steam clean. I plan to buy more, they are much less expensive than the Steam-n-Go brand.

Very hard to get on head of mop. Almost too small!!

They got my old school bissel steam mop 2078. I tried another brand that claimed to fit and was so disappointed they were too small. I was hesitant to buy these because I thought I would have the same issue, however, these ones worked out great.
