UPDATE: It's January 3rd, 2024. This faucet finally gave out after almost 4 years. Bought it back in August 19th, 2020. Cold water supply line drips. I'm not a plumber but I'm fairly knowledgeable in plumbing and I installed this faucet myself. I did a process of elimination. Replaced all the gaskets and screens and that did not fix the problem. I checked the water supply lines and realized it was the cold water supply that was making the faucet drip. Couldn't do anything regarding fixing this drop. ORIGINAL POST: I had this for a few months or so and i was blown away by the quality for the price point. I got this on lightening deal so it def was a steal but wow the quality of this faucet is amazing. My old kitchen faucet broke so i decided to get a new one and found this one on sale. I based my purchase on the reviews and i'm glad i pulled the trigger on it. It's well built and easy to install. It took me 15 minutes to take out my old faucet and install this new one. I love the presentation of the package. Came in well packaged and beautifully packaged. It came with spare mesh parts so that small particles don't go into the water values. This faucet is definitely a great purchase. Looks great on my granite kitchen counter top. The water flow is great. The hose extends so you can wash around the pan . Great purchase.

I had finally had enough of our cheap kitchen faucet. I wanted something that could pull down to better clean dishes and water plants, while also giving me better clearance to get big pots in and out of the sink. I was surprised to see the cost of some of the options out there! My husband and I live in an older apartment -- we've been here for many years and don't plan on moving for a couple more years. We didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to upgrade since we weren't going to stay here forever but the faucet had to go. I was frustrated every time I had to maneuver a large pot into the sink. I thought this was a great deal, but I've had experience in the past of regretting buying the cheaper option. I wanted it to be quality and not fall apart or feel like a discount faucet! This thing totally shocked me. It's heavy and substantial, it feels like you're installing a much more expensive faucet. Very easy to install. The weight on it for the pull down function is fantastic. It doesn't hit the sides of the cabinet or make any noise moving under the sink like I thought it might. It pulls the faucet head back up smoothly and securely every time. The only thing I don't like is the pressure of the water when using the spray mode. It's pretty strong, which has been an issue for me with all sinks. I end up always having to put the water to more of a trickle when I want to spray, so I don't ever immediately swap from stream to spray. I was also excited to try the "pause" button, but was disappointed to learn you have to actually hold it down the whole time you want the stream paused. With both of my hands being used to wash the dishes, I didn't find that feature very useful and don't use it anymore. I can't recommend it enough! We've had ours for a few months now and I can't believe I didn't bite the bullet sooner. A fair price to pay for my sink frustrations to go away. Plus, it makes our kitchen look so much nicer!

After 5 years this faucet still works great. I bought this one 5 years ago when i moved to the new house. Now im renovate my kitchen and will buy same faucet. Quality is really good, heavy stainless steel, no plastic. No rust, or leak. Looks sleek and modern and is very easy to clean, does not leave fingerprints. Received lot of compliments about it. This review is for this faucet i bought 5 years ago, hope nothing was change. Many of my friends bought expensive Grohe or Kohler and already had some issues. I will stick with this one.

The faucet is beautiful… works just fine after 4 years. Did have a little trouble with one of the lines that run water in but customer service addressed the issue right away and is shipping a new one. Highly recommend this brand.

Easy install. and I love that I can pull the nozzle out with the hose. It has two options for the water to come out and is easy to use. I did have an issue with some leaking, but just had to tighten it. The height is great as well.

We really like this faucet. This is the 2nd one we have purchased. Cost-wise you cannot beat it. Our lady one lasted about 5-6 years, which is great considering our heavy sediment water. We would definitely order it again for this price. It works great!

Got this on a one-day deal for less than $48 delivered, which was about $11 cheaper than normal and I have to tell you, the quality of this item, packaging and installation supplies was impressive for the price. Installation was simple, albeit never convenient to install a faucet, this kit requires no special tools or contortion skills. Having a helper won't hurt but I was able to install it by myself in about 15 minutes. It was nice that the kit included 1/2" to 1/4" adapters for the hoses as well as several washers and o-rings. For once, an inexpensive kit with parts left over vs. having to run to the store to buy what wasn't included. The materials and construction of this faucet are on-par with most commercial, mass produced faucets of this kind. The fit, assembly and finish of the parts is very nice, there is no excessive play between the moving parts. I am curious to see how long the bushing between the faucet base and upright lasts, it's a very tight fit and swivels with effort but feels smooth and very secure - time will tell if the bushing material breaks down, it doesn't appear to be rubber (which usually hardens over time) so I'm hopeful it lasts. The pull out-head and hose are thinner than most and the stream of water is smaller than my previous faucet. The spray function is powerful (contingent on your water pressure) and the button to switch between the two has good, definite engagement and the "pause stream' button (separate from the spray/stream button) is a nice feature. One interesting behaviour about the stream/spray function button, most faucets revert back to stream when you turn the water off at the base, this faucet stays in either spray OR stream mode, depending on how you left the button on the head set. Not a problem, just an interesting characteristic. I prefer it to always be in stream mode so it's just an extra click for me. You might love it the way it is, IDK. All in all, this was a fantastic deal, even at full price (sub $60 delivered) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to buy again.

It took me longer (*much* longer) to remove the old faucets than to install the new one. Now I can't believe we went so many years without something better: like this! Looks beautiful with our stainless steel sinks. We matched this with the Waterdrop system--the two seem to be made for one another, with the Waterdrop purifier (replacing a Pur faucet system)--seemingly designed by the same team (or smart copycats, but I don't really care). I highly recommend both systems, singly or (better) together. Like others, I did a *lot* of research, but this version had the greatest response, especially in those things I find important. It was all-metal (at least insofar as the law allows, these days), felt heavy and substantial and, as mentioned, was *super* easy to install. (Hoping my wife doesn't read this because I want to retain my brownie points: "Whew, wow, hey Honey, yup, it took a lot, but gitter dun I did!") Not that I usually care about these things, but it really tidied things up under the sink. I have a "contractor's account" at a couple of hardware and plumbing supply outfits: I could have bought (and considered) several "brand name" replacements, but some of these were *hundreds* of dollars and their reviews were no better--and often much lower--than what you see here. In fact, if you visit options at your local big-box home improvement centers (you know who I mean), you will find junk and plastic at this price point--and at price points much higher. I am totally satisfied (and kind of smug) with the Rulia faucet system Not much else to say buy: Happy wife, happy life (for those offended, my wife agrees strongly with the previous statement).
