Whimsical, sturdy, looks good during the day, but awesome looking at night with water and solar
What can I say about this outdoor bird feeder or bird Bath, except, I Love this Its so darn cute, and looks great in my garden. Its made out of some type of painted green frog color medal, that is a Frog laying on his back. His tummy holds the Very nice looking thick glass Bowl. The colors of the bowl are Light green with a darker green modern design .The bowl is held on with clips that match. The frog has his legs and feet spread out with his face and Big frog bulging white eyes with black in the middle.Below the frog is two cattails flowers and leaves. There is solar light that comes with it, and shines down on the water ( I put water in the bowl) that lite up last night and looked stunning, and gave a peaceful feeling. The water actually look blue. There is a off on switch for the solar. Make sure you take the cellophane off the solar. There was not any instructions how to put this together, but easy to figure out by looking at the pictures. There is a pole with the cattails that screws into the frog, then you screw the bottom prongs that screws on, and stick into the ground..That said, its for all weather..

Adorable, attractive, well-made and actually functional birdbath
My wife has a "thing" for frogs. It started almost 20 years ago when we bought a few "Grow a Frog" tadpoles for our son. We still have a few of the progeny from those original frogs...they live a LONG time.We have a number of frog things in our backyard rose garden, and now we have a frog birdbath. This is a cute, well-made product. The stand and frog "exoskeleton" is made of powder-coated metal, and the bath bowl is a beautiful forged glass. It's a very nice-looking item.In addition to the birdbath, there is a solar-charged LED lamp. Now, I'm not sure how practical this is, as I don't know if birds bathe at night, or if they even visit birdbaths after dark, but the light is there, nonetheless. One down side of the design is the solar cell can only be adjusted in one axis. It order to orient it to face the sun properly, you can adjust the solar charging panel, AND you have to turn the birdbath itself. When we do this, the head of the frog blocks the solar cell, which isn't great.Having said this, though, we still get 5-6 hours of light from the LED, which is plenty. We've started to get birds visiting, and our cats love having something to watch our our backyard windows.I'm not sure how well the glass bowl would survive the cold winter temps here in the upper Midwest, so we will probably bring the entire birdbath inside, or at least into our garage, until spring. All in all, this birdbath brings smiles to our faces, and might actually attract some feathered friends. Recommended!

Perfect garden accessory
I tend to do most of the reviews in our household because I enjoy doing it. But for this one, I turned it over to Wifey because she fell in love with this. Here’s what she says about it:I’m talking about the HONGLAND Outdoor Solar Birdbath Frog Bird Feeder Glass Bowl with Metal Stand for Garden, Lawn, Backyard, Porch today. When I opened the box I found that the internal packaging of the birdbath was designed very well, so that the glass did not break and the legs did not get scratched [which happens often with items like this] but this all came out looking really nice. It was very easy to put together- there is a light in the Frog's mouth-- I'm not really sure if birds bathe at night to the point that they would need a light-- but it’s a nice touch. The light isn't very bright anyway. The colors are very awesome, they don’t look like the paint would chip off any of the metal parts anytime soon. The leg/post stand screws together very tightly, and the 3 prong base helps keep it sturdy, so you don’t have a fear of them tipping over. If you just want a little touch of something in your garden you could even just set that out there and just put birdseed in it, if you didn't want to worry about going out there and put water in it all the time or if you did just want a small birdbath. With ours, we are not going out there putting a bucket of water into it all the time. It's very cute think it would at any enhance any garden very nicely, even just the touch of color on it.

Lawn or garden, not patio
This birdbath has a pronged base, so, you will need someplace to stick it, either on the lawn or in the garden (we opted for the latter in the absence of a lawn). The glass bowl had some scraped portions in the green froggy paint, but overall the item arrived intact through the shipping. Assembly was mostly a matter of screwing the upright base into the bowl frame and the prong onto the lower end of the upright; we then set the glass bowl into the frame and secured it by bending over the metal tabs. The bowl is pretty small, so I imagine that in the summer months we will need to fill it regularly to compensate for evaporation. It looks very cute (the solar powered led lights it up at night, giving it a more decorative appearance in the dark). P-)

My wife likes it
My wife likes playing with the real frogs that come into our lawn and flower garden, so this frog birdbath was very much welcomed in our garden by my wife.As other reviewers have said there was some paint chips. Assembly was easy, but the styrofoam mess from the packing was just awful. The power switch on the solar/battery unit feels very cheap, like it is ready to break. I feel that the solar light looks like it was an afterthought... I prefer the designs that incorporate the lighting into the design, instead of it looking like I tie-wrapped an small LED flashlight to the edge of the bowl. In my opinion, the price of $56 is about 20% too high.

Cute design
Excuse the weeds in my photo lol. But here’s my review:Pros: mine came packaged well/no paint chips/ no broken parts. Cute design. Easy to put together. LED looks neat at nightCons: smaller than I envisioned it would be for the price point. My water hasn’t evaporated too quickly (but it’s also chilly right now) but with the size of the bowl I could see water evaporating fast at other parts of the year.Overall, I would recommend this product.
