Hitachi 2.5" HDD data drives for SSD
These are regarded as "slow" 5400RPM drives but for data storage coupled to an inexpensive medium range SSD, the seek times are not detectable in everyday home office usage. Hitachi reliability is tops. Two 2.5" devices tucked into a single 3.5" drive cage generates little heat, with no detectable noise and excellent performance.

Bought two drives and BOTH drives were faulty!
I purchased two of these drives on March 3 for my computer repair business and I just got around to using them today and BOTH drives are faulty. Unfortunately, I'm 2 days past the 30 day window I can return the drives. I would avoid buying these drives. I could understand if just ONE drive was faulty, it might be a fluke but with both drives being faulty, that indicates a more serious problem. If you do buy these drives, test them before the 30 days is up.
