Could be life changing.
This book is a fascinating look at the various circadian rhythms in our bodies. It seems each major organ has its own clock. It has helped me reframe sleep from an annoying thing to a much needed time for my body to rest and renew Itself, and to limit my eating so my intestines can also rest and repair. I’ve always thought of myself as a night owl but following the r3commendations in this book I have come to an earlier schedule with more energy. I wake up more easily, too.

excellent summary , do I need the unabridged book?
I bought the summary instead of the book.I did not realize until I put it down to get somewater and saw the cover as if the first time.The summary had all the information one needsto move to an intermittant fasting program. I suspect the book offers more detail but this summary is splendid in explaining and assisting.

Really poor summary AVOID
Wow what a disappointment. I think the real book has some good content but this summary is really badly written. The proof reader on this needs to be shot. There are complete sentences that dont make any sense. I even found one sentence that contained non English words. If you are interested in the subject buy the original book. This is really poor almost like it was written by a non English speaker or was summarized by a computer. Really disappointed
