Comfortable Posture
This chair is actually quite a big change for me when I work, it helps with my posture while giving me comfort. When I need a quick break instead on heading to my couch or bed leaning the chair back helps a lot, the seating cushion is stiff but comfortable enough to not hurt so much after working for a while. Almost every part of the chair can be adjusted to comfort, such as the arms rest. The arm rest can be lifted up and down or in and out. The neck/ head piece can also be tilted back and forth. And again the back, which actually can stretch pretty far back and be locked down when the lever you use to adjust the height. So this chair can really be fit for anyone. Since it’s also seamless on the back and neck rest you don’t get so uncomfortable and sweaty when it gets hot. The wheels move quite smoothly and easily and it stays pretty steady. It actually doesn’t take as much space as you think it would too.

As described and comfortable. -- Until it gets older !
Like others have said for the price this did not hold up at all. Arm rest screws stripped and fell out. Arm rests just blow in the breeze now. Extremely loud noise when you recline. No back support whatsoever now. Very sorry I blew money on this.<<Initial review below>>This is based on initial impression for assembly and first use. I'll update if it does not hold up as expected.Packing - Very well packaged and delivered. No missing, damaged, or imperfect parts.Assembly - Typical 2 page picture driven guide with some Chinese to English translation typos. All parts present, they also give an extra fastener per step. All fasteners lined up great and it took about 15 minutes to assemble. If you have ever done DIY assembly of any furniture, this should be easy for you.Chair feels very solid to sit in (I'm 250). Seat is black fabric padded and comfortable for me. Backrest is mesh with a lumbar support that while useful, does not provide a lot of support. Recline is based on pressure and not adjustable. I'd prefer a bit more tension needed to recline, but this works OK for me and should work fine for lighter people. Arm rest in/out/up are fully adjustable. They are a little bit loose (they move laterally a bit) but this is acceptable to me given the amount of adjustments the chair has. As for value, I feel it's reasonably priced for the functionality it provides.

1/3 The Price, 1/3 The Quality???
As soon as I received this chair, I assembled it right away. Assembling was easy. Although one of the threaded screw holes had plastic residue on the thread and I had a hard time setting the screw in. Good thing I had a power tool to help me with the assembly.Initial impressions, are the chair is decent quality and may not be the same quality or build as Steel Case or Herman Millers, but for what you get at this price, I think it's worth the $350. The back support feels great with the adjustable back support. The seat is nice and firm. I found that softer seats tend to give me back pains. Hopefully the seat foam will not lose its firmness over time. The 4D adjustable arm rests is a must have for long periods of typing and mousing. The only gripe I have about this chair is that there is no tension adjuster for reclining, but if you want it to recline all the way to catch a quick nap, it will work. Also the height adjustment lever will get some getting used to. to adjust the seat height, you will need to push down on the lever, not pull up as most of the other chair.

Nice chair... Awful packaging (full price for an item previously sold)
Chair is good so far. Received a very beat up package that was obviously repacked. A leg on the base was sticking out, and the parts looked just thrown into the box. It still even had the previous shipping label on it with name and address.Fortunately, only some minor damage on the base.Overall, the chair seems pretty good so far otherwise.

I really wanted to like this chair
I must have spent a couple of days reading office chair reviews, both on Amazon and elsewhere. I settled on this chair because of the preponderance of 4 and 5 star reviews. The very expensive chairs didn't get any better reviews. I wondered if these 4 & 5 star reviews were fake reviews, but they seemed genuine, so I bought the chair.Assembly was generally easy and all hardware was there. The only anomaly were the holes where one arm bolted to the seat were all badly misaligned (rotated) about 20 degrees. The bolts just barely made it in and the misalignment didn't end up mattering too much because the arm rotates horizontally to compensate. So I didn't have to ask the vendor for a correctly-drilled seat. But the lack of quality control was bothersome. Also, the metal hardness of the bolts is not good - I accidentally stripped the head on one when I didn't get the hex wrench all the way in. Fortunately they provide a spare for each size of bolt. The good points: Chair is sturdy, well built, raises and lowers smoothly with good range for a 6' person. I like the multiple ways the armrests adjust: up/down, whole-arm swivel plus arm-rest swivel, arm-rest slides front to back. The bad points: The arm-rests are just too hard and the edges are somewhat sharp. I wonder if I'll be happy with them when summer comes and I'm not wearing long sleeves. Fortunately, the arm rest position is very adjustable to move any uncomfortable spots around.Although the chair back reclines, the seat does not recline with it. This is not nearly as comfortable as chairs where the seat and the back recline together. After first using this chair, I was shocked that none of the reviews mentioned the seat cushion itself is not very contoured - almost a flat board. I don't find it very comfortable, but after a month I'm adjusting somewhat. I haven't yet found a supplemental cushion to improve it. Also, the distance from the front of the seat cushion to the backrest is not adjustable, which is an issue if you have short legs. Furthermore, the slant of the seat is not adjustable. If you feel like you're sliding off towards the front, there's nothing you can do about it.In fact, other than the armrests, the only thing adjustable about the chair is the seat height. Reclining tension, lumbar support, seat depth, etc. are NOT adjustable. After using it a few days, I went to the local Office Depot and inspected a couple dozen other desk chairs. The ones with much better seat cushions and softer arm rests didn't have the versatile arm rest adjustment that I liked so much about this one. In the end, I decided to keep this chair, mostly because of the work involved with packing it up for a return and in the hope that I'll find a more comfortable supplemental seat cushion.
