Amazing device. The extra lead providing important information
While one lead devices provide rhythm information, the extra lead gives some extra valuable insight to where the rythm is originating. I am not sure about the full ECG biew as it is extrapolated but I would not expect to replace an ECG machine with this. The key thing is that you can detect the P waves for those that have problems such as atrial flutter or similar.I was a bit puzzled in the beginning but the device works perfectly well without a subscription. It is very easy to use and if you have e problems a tiny bit moist at the skin contact points can make any difficulties go.I am not sure about the automatic diagnosis. I am a doctor with baseline ECG traning so for me it is enough. It usually gets the sinus rhythm right but it misses a bigeminy that lasted 15 seconds and it had some hard boundaries about what it considered tachy/bradycardia.I am very happy with the purchase a d I would definitely recommend this over the single lead version.

Health tool.
Small and compact. Very easy to use and appears to do it's job. You have the option to pay monthly for a clinician to review your results and feed back to you.Download the app and link to your phone via Bluetooth.Place the monitor on your left knee or ankle with the arrow facing upwards. Touch the sensors on the top with your first two fingers of each hand. Keep as still as you can while your heart tracing is taken. Results are quicky obtained and stored.I would recommend for piece of mind. With waiting lists being what they are this might be a good way to check your heart health and have something tangible to show the GP.

A really useful piece of equipment.
This thing is incredibly small, you could fit it in in a purse or wallet. More importantly it produces a lovely reading in leads I, II, III, AVR, AVL and AVF. I have spent 37 years looking at ECGs in intensive care units - just not my own usually. I can clearly see my ST elevation dropping every day. It is simple to export PDF's so you can send them over to a GP or cardiologist. It takes a 30 second reading and will give basic arrythmia warnings. Most GP surgeries can't do ECG's so if you want avoid a trip to the hospital then this could be a lifesaver. It is really simple to use and Amazon was the best price I could get.

Disappointed
Excellent item but only comes with basic app service unless you pay £99 pa for the extended services, this is not made very clear in product advert

Excellent idea let down by poor reliability
I bought this to keep tabs on an arrhythmia I know I have after it being recommended by my cardiologist. These items are now being used by NHS Scotland for similar reasons so thought I was in good stead.First device started disconnecting itself randomly after about 2 weeks and was returned for replacement.Second unit seemed ok and detected an abnormal rhythm (showed as “unclassified”) which my cardiologist instantly put me off work when he saw it and put me through more tests. These have taken over 2 months to complete and all have been negative including an exercise stress test that I exceeded the requirements of.I have been convinced since I took that reading it was a misread but obviously not going to argue with a Cardiologist as he knows much better than I do and he remains adamant it was a clear reading. After about a month this second unit started to show problems, needing about 8 to 10 attempts to get a full 30 second ecg reading usually cutting out during the test stating “Interference detected” “electrical interference” or “connection interrupted”.I also tested this by trying to get a reading, having multiple failures then using a friends Apple Watch which read instantly, followed by more failures by the Kardiamobile device. This got so bad that the device has now been returned for a refund and I will go back to my original intention of a smart watch with ECG capability. All in all my experience has been very poor with this device, has ended up in 2 returned units and my being off work for 3 months due to it (self employed so no sick payment either!)

Excellent monitor.
I have used the KardiaMobile Monitor for several years now. I have also paid a yearly subscription for the advanced determination. The standard KM worked well as long as I had a Normal Sinus Rhythm. But problems began a few months ago when it started reading Atrial Fibrillation. I submitted the reading to Advanced Determination", and atrial fibrillation was confirmed by the cardiac technician. However, when I showed the rhythm strip to my cardiologist he read "Premature Atrial Contractions." This is an extremely important distinction, as far as treatment and prognosis is concerned. There is no point in having the KM if it gives false positives.HOWEVER, I looked at all other available monitors and decided on the KardiaMobile 6-Lead Monitor. It costs £50 more, and is worth every pence of it. It is simply much more reliable., than the basic KM. It reads NSR when the basic KM reads AFib. (And the cardiologist reads NSR.)I therefore highly recommend the KM 6 lead. I have found the standard single lead KM to be useless. Too many false positives. Sending the strip at £10 a shot for a further reading is also useless. They cannot distinguish PAC from AF. To be fair AliveCor does recommend that a cardiologist read the strip. But why buy a product which gives incorrect readings? Even the Advanced Determination couldn't provide the correct reading.
