I've been taking these for about 10 days now. I have never taken a multi vitamin before this one, so I have nothing to compare it to personally. But, after researching on the web for a couple of days, I decided to go with MegaFood. The good reviews seemed to outweigh the few and far between, bad.I am a 28 y/o male. I work construction, and am trying to persevere my health. I didn't start taking because I needed to for health reasons. So I guess only time will tell if they help to keep me healthy. I have noticed slight elevations in energy throughout the day, and a slightly lighter mood in general.Maybe placebo effect, maybe healthier body. Either way, I plan on continuing this supplement.Satisfied customer!

Best multivitamin I've taken. I am very active from a fitness standpoint and also teach fitness classes. Over the years I have tried many supplements and multivitamins, this has been the best by far. Usually when starting on a new supplement it takes a couple of weeks before noticing a difference. Not with this product. I felt energized from day one. Because I am so active, I take 2 pills a day. One with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner. I was also impressed with how "clean" this product is. No fillers that I can tell. Also does not contain soy...most multis do. My son has a lot of dietary restrictions and the MegaFood kids multi is they only one I have found that he can take. I actively recommend this product to my friends, family, and students.

Got these because of the quality company it is. Thought I should have a daily as I felt tired and my diet is sometimes crappy. I haven’t noticed any difference in my day to day but it’s only been 3 days. I’ll report back later.

I was looking for a QUALITY product with no added fillers or junk. This vitamin is so amazing, the company lets you watch a video on their website showing just how this product is formulated, they work DIRECTLY with organic farms to ensure their products meet their standards. I love that I can give this to my husband with confidence knowing it is causing more good then harm. We love this product!

Although the capsule is big, it's only once a day which is perfect. This is a reputable company and this product actually does something.It maybe a little more pricey, but better to pay more for something that works than a cheaper one which will leave you disappointed.

Exactly what I'm looking for in a vitamin. Reasonable cost for top quality ingredients (organic and non gmo). I have more mental and physical energy than before. Absolutely phenomenal!! If the pill is too big, bite it in half then consume. Helps digestive system. I feel like I have 2 bowels/day. No headaches, no stomach pains, and can be taken without food.
