WeChef Commercial Electric Sausage Stuffer Machine 15L Vertical Stainless Steel Meat Filler 4 Stuffing Tubes Restaurant

I purchased this stuffer for my meat processing center. As stated in the description, it's perfect for this type of operation. The first several uses it worked great. Variable speed control, (which was perfect for new employees learning how to make sausage), foot activated, easy disassembly for cleaning, the works. After a few uses though, the speed control shorted out. Now the only speed is "Shotgun Blast". Most recently the foot pedal has started catching on fire with prolonged use. It can not be used without the foot pedal and there's no way that I have found through this seller to purchase just the pedal. We are down to squeezing the foot pedal by hand (it won't work any more if you step on it) and having to stop whenever it heats up to avoid the flames. I most definitely would not recommend this for any type of commercial application. You'll only end up disappointed. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is for the first several days that it worked. Those were good times.

Product is easy to use and clean and worked great till the 90 day warranty is out then it quit working. Came with no real manual or parts lists. Asked customer service for one they sent one sheet of paper with the machine on it so basically what you can already see and know on a page. We will definitely not ever buy from them again. I will pay double or triple for a dependable machine that has a real manufacture's warranty.

Tube sizes listed are not listed correctly. Should state wether they are ID or OD, just in case your considering buying one. Not enough torque for any casing 25mm or smaller. Would only recommend for making sausages or bigger. Tubes are also short in length.
