Bought this book as a gift for a ten year old girl because she said she enjoyed the storyline of this book. It is entertaining and well worth the purchase.

Gripping story for young adult readers. The story in the book is told with a wonderful sense of fun with many humorous episodes; a fun read that is both educational and a pleasure to experience.

Not my favorite kind of books for kids.

Great to get kids interested in reading.

Kids love it

There are different types of CYOA that I enjoy, and this one fails to nail any of them. Some have a huge branching factor and cover an immense range of possible outcomes, with their appeal being the sheer variety in what can happen -- all the plotlines of this one feel the same. Some have a subtle underlying plot that emerges as you read different threats -- this one has an incoherent and simplistic underlying plot that barely even accounts for the title of the book and its introduction. Some have longer passages of text with fewer branches but offer higher quality writing within each branch and more emphasis on each decision -- this one has low quality slow paced writing that needs an editor to pare it down to its core essence.All in all, this was terrible but not terrible enough to be campy. It's just boring.

Arrived quickly. Christmas present for my son...he loves it. High interest, low vocabulary- the interactive part keeps him interested

I really enjoyed this book.I read it in one sitting .It was fun making the choices and the endings were mostly happy which was good.
