install was easy once i had the right tools. you'll need a torque wrench and an 18mm socket. For my rubicon theres also a metal bracket you need to move around a little but no need to remove the bumper entirely, just use a 10mm socket to remove the 2 bolts on the bumper that fix it in place. this piece slides right in between. after installation it looks great, no complaints and holds my bike rack steady

OEM product. Fits perfect. Straight forward install and didn’t have to remove any existing parts in order to install the hitch. Product purchased here was less expensive than the same part price checked from two separate dealerships

It was a little tricky to install. You will need a torque wrench. I guess I didn't read the description good when I ordered this. I was a little disappointed when it came with no wiring harness. But all around, easy to install and great quality.

Buyer Beware: This package doe NOT include the wiring harness!! Do not be fooled by reviews discussing instillation of the wiring harness; it simply is not included. The hitch receiver itself is great. I am only giving it three stars for the misleading labeling. I am not sure I would have purchased this has I known that it did not include the wiring harness.

This thing installed in 5 minutes. Could not be easier on a 2021 JL. Nothing to remove, nothing to loosen, nothing to do except put it up in place, slide in 4 bolts, put nuts on two of them, remaining two go into threaded holes. Tighten them up and then go in the house and make out with the wife.

It’s been on a year and it is holding up well. Wiring harness takes some time to run through the vehicle but worth doing right. Hookups for the lighting is easy to follow and works right the first time.

Great product easy install if you have the right tools. You’ll need an 18mm wrench, 18mm socket and a torque wrench capable of 90’ lbs. It’s just 4 bolts. I found a YouTube video which was more understandable than the instructions.
