Such a cool well made escape room puzzle. Everyone loves it. Very dramatic when you get the code and it says “door unlocked”. Good instructions. Would definitely purchase again from this seller. 0ne note, ships from China. International shipping is tough right now so it arrived a few days late. Allow extra time for shipping. Was very simple to set up, it just was breaking before we could get customers in to use it

I bought 3 of these Units to build an educational escape room for nurses. All 3 units caused 3, 12v electromagnetic locks to over heat, and those locks are now useless. I had to replace the locks and now, in order to use the unit in the puzzle, we have to plug it in RIGHT BEFORE the participants get to that puzzle, then immediately unplug it. I have 3 engineers in my family and they all say there is a fault in the design, possibly the embedded system or electronic design. ONE UNIT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL ANYMORE!!! For as much money that I spent on this unit, I'm extremely disappointed!!! I wish I could return it.

Came in a box without instructions and with two unhooked wires looking like they belong to something. Without instructions we do not want to power the unit up with the loose wires.
